We were lied to about: They would buy back our credits if we wanted out of the program, that our maintenance dues would not go up unless we bought more credits. That we could use the credits anytime. That if we bought so many credits to become Diamond Elite that we would have some extra benefits, but when we tried to use them they said that we needed to buy more credits, even though we are Diamond Elite members. Will not send me a confirmation in writing that I need to be able to sell my credits. Are charging a "Special Assessment" that we had no say in. My owner number is Owner # 00*******52

Finally received an email from Worldmark. It was not really helpful. Now they have voted in a "Special" assessment to charge us more money. We were never advised that they would/could decide to charge us when ever they decided they wanted/needed more money. They did send me names of companies that they work with to help you sell, but at the same time it costs a lot of money, which if we had, we would not be trying to get rid of our time share. In my opinion they charge you for something that has no value. It costs you to get it, use it, and try to get rid of it with no consideration on how effects you. Would like to get some of my money back.

there was an issue with a two-bedroom that i booked on this property from 10/19/23-10/21/23. i booked the room through the website booking.com. while staying there, my sister in law notified hotel staff about an issue with the room on 10/20/23. a new room was requested but they said they were full for the weekend, so they instead offered me a credit for the room which was $318.24. she also spoke to booking.com on the phone on 10/22/23 and was told a credit would be refunded to my credit card. i never received anything so i reached out to booking.com customer service on 11/6/23 but have not received a response.

Our records indicate that the guest booked multiple reservations that the payments declined therefore, reservations were cancelled. We also have a chargeback from the card holder on file reporting fraudulent charges. Anytime we receive a chargeback, reservations are automatically cancelled and refunded. Every charge that has been made to the card on file for all of the guest reservations have been fully refunded. Guest would need to speak with card holder bank for an update on those refunds.

I bought a time share from WorldMark and could not use vacation packages I purchased. The web site has glitches and kicks you out of the server. It takes approx an hour to talk to a customer service rep for assistants. When customer service does receive my call they are trying to send me to destinations I do not want. I’ve spent approx $60K on this vacation time share approx a year ago and have not been able to plan a trip. I called customer service for assistance to exit the time share and was told I would receive $10K in return to leave Worldmark. I do not except this offer nor do I think it is fair.

On April 15,2023 I made a lone payment to WorldMark by Wyndham through PayPal. On April 17,2023 I received a call to make said payment, I responded that I already had, it was checked and confirmed it was in the system and would take a few days to clear. One week later I received another call and when I told them it was already paid they said it was returned due to insufficient funds to which I said not so and that it was taken out of my account. Iwas then told I had to send information to their finance department and it should be taken care of in 5 to 7 business days. I call back a week later to check on the results and then was told I needed toto send more information, which I did so and again waited a week. I called again to check on the status of my account and by this time they are calling to collect on a debt. I am accruing late fees and collection payment calls. Everytime I have talked to someone they have said that they will get back to me without doing so. They keep trying to place the blame on Paypal or on something else and I have proof of all my payments. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get this issue resolved.
