The date of the transaction was 5/7/2022 I took screen shots of my story and up loading the photos I have not received any documentation of what I paid for as well as before I took my horse back I asked that be for I pay the bill that it would be included in the surgery and the assistant on the phone put me on hold and asked the vet then and then I was told yes that this bill would be included with the original 2000 for the surgery. But when I called for the blood test results he told me he refused to do the surgery. And never emailed or mailed me the results for the ultrasound or blood test. So If I go somewhere else I have to pay for it all over. I paid for Crypt orchid Surgery on my horse and results that I had from a previous vet.
