I was heartbroken when my 2TB WD hard drive crashed and I lost years of memories. I'm so glad I trusted Secure Data with this because they surely delivered!! ******** sent me emails throughout the process, which gave me reassurance, and the communication was the best I've experienced with any company! I received 94% of my data back, and the corrupted files that were lost were not as important, so it was okay. They sent me the recovered data on a new 4TB hard drive, which was super exciting!! ?? I highly recommend this company and will keep them on file if I or someone I know needs data recovery in the future!Review from Thomas W

I inadvertently deleted all data from a hard drive. When I reached out to Secure Data, *******, kindly and patiently explained the process with no guarantees as to the outcome. However, Secure Data was able to restore photos from the hard drive. Even though I was unable to have some documents restored, the photos were the most valuable. All through the process I had apprehension but was amazed and grateful for the outcome!Review from Ron C

Flawless! ! !The title of this review speaks for itself. My experience with SECURE DATA Recovery was just that.....flawless. **** ******, was my account representative. He was very easy to talk to, very personable, professional and informative. **** not only answered all of questions, but also assured me that the SECURE DATA Team would be able to recover all of my deleted or corrupted files. Not only were they recovered but were in percfect operation. I spoke to several team members throughout the recovery process and everyone was very professional and communicative. Being a college student and working trying to provide for my family has been difficult secured data recovery assisted me during a tumultuous time in my life where it seemed like everything was going wrong but when things secured that at recovery did well make sure everything went right assisted in recovery my data files and I am very happy with the work theyve done. Secure Data Recovery Services successfully recovered all of my pictures and videos from when my kids were younger. **** was extremely professional in our interaction and went above and beyond to make the experience great.
