I boarded one of our dogs at *** Bees Kennel and my dog suffered an injury while at boarding. I was called by *******, their risk management and was told I would be getting a full refund. This was May 12. I was told that my dog was bitten by another dog and the owner "contacted" the wrong person. Yet failed to notify me and provide medical attention to my dog while in boarding. It wasn't until she was picked up and taken to our trainer that my trainer immediately contacted me and notified me of her injury. It is now May 28, and they have been ignoring my emails. They finally emailed me on May 19, alledging they were having difficulties with their email system. Regardless, their email is independent than PayPal where Im supposed to be refunded through. On May 19, they also stated they would have resolved this issue within 72 hours. I've been extremely patient and its now May 28. I would like *********** to follow through on their resolution they have failed to do. Not only am i extremely upset but also pure negligence on their part. In addition I had to pay a vet bill to get my dog seen and treated.
