      I purchased a travel trailer almost a year ago from this dealer. We had some warranty work that meed to be completed and took it to the dealer. The had the unit for two weeks and the 4 items we wanted looked at were not fixed and one of the items the sent me the part after taking it home to replace myself, even though it was suppose to be covered under warranty. Due to the horrible service experience that we had, we have no intention of returning for service. Unfortunately, when we bought the unit last year we purchased the service contract. I have called the dealer numerous times for over a month now to the finance ***********************, to cancel the service contract and have them credit back the people that financed the trailer. I keep getting excuse after excuse. The first was that he forwarded my voicemail to the general manager and that they would be in touch. No response from anyone. When i got the survey from the repair work i got a call from Camping World Headquarters, name of ***, who said she would take care of it. Nothing had been done and when i call either the dealer or headquarters no one will answer or return my calls. Its always the same excuse which is they are really busy and didnt have time to fill out the paperwork. I am very frustrated because every month it is delayed I get less and less back as a refund. Since I have been calling the dealership since the beginning of June, i not only want the service contact cancelled but want it back dated to June. Thank you for listening and for any help getting this resolved!

      I made an appointment to have my 2022 Forest River Evo trailer repaired. They were booked the next available appointment was four months in the future. I brought my trailer in at 9:00 am ******* 18,2023. ****** walked around my trailer and took pictures. I was told the whole process would take 2 weeks, the authorization, the repairs (if the parts were in stock). I called ******* 31 to find out the status, ****** told me it hadn't been authorized yet and she had sent it in ******* 20. I spoke to the service manager **** to find out what was happening and why the delays. I called Forest River to find out why it hadn't been authorized. I was told it was not submitted until ******* 25 and it was authorized on ******* 30. I called back Camping World and spoke to ****** who said the parts would be ordered and to call back Feb. 7 to see if the parts were in. I called back and spoke to ****** she told me all the parts would be in on February 15, she then told me I would have to wait another week for an appointment for service. I have waited 5 weeks for an appointment for service. I expected this to be done in a timely manner. I am tired of waiting and being told I have to wait for another appointment?.

      I bought a used rv for XXXXX and then I paid **** dollars to have to have my roof resealed on my rv 2 days ago and have a inspection done and valves replaced, slide service done they did not find anything in the inspection I had to tell them what was wrong also they only covered ** % of the roof and the slide service was not performed but i was still charged for it also when the trailer was dropped off the stabilizers were non operational and was not detailed as was promised when triailer was bought. I want a refund for the inspection I want *** off the entire roof job I want a refund for the slide service that was not performed and I want **** for the promised detail that was never performed.

We take all consumer issues very seriously and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention. **** Sales confirms that we have been in contact with ****** *******. **** Sales explained to Mr. ******* that the Unit was sold as is and he signed paperwork. **** Sales provided outstanding service on Unit and did everything they were supposed to do on work orders when Unit was sold. Mr. ******* was sent pictures before and after service was completed. To that end, we consider this matter closed. Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the Complaint or statements made by ****** *******. The roof on slide outs was not sealed which is part of the roof the slide outs have since developed a severe hydraulic leak which they found and did not mention in r/o or the slide service was not performed the front stabalizers were non operational apon delivery which again should have been caught in a inspection but since a inspection was never performed it was never caught if they performed the work I was charged for then these issues would have been found and either put in r/o or advised to the customer I still want 20% off roof service and to not be charged for the slide service and inspection Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/10/31) */ SEE ATTACHED FOR BUSINESS FINAL RESPONSE
