CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED WE CAN WARRANTY THE **** BUT IN ORDER TO DO THAT PROCESS WE HAVE TO SEND THE **** OUT TO THE **** MANUFACTURE. THE MANUFACTURE REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THE **** AND ONCE THE **** IS SEEN AS DEFECTIVE THEY WILL ISSUE A RETURN. CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED OF THIS PROCESS BUT DECLINED.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to the manager the manager indicated to me he was going to replace this tire. I drove all the way from ******* ********** which happened to be 45 minutes to an hour to the business location. They took the entire tire off and put back on the damage tire and allowed me to drive back damage tire home.Business response

We will be more than happy to begin the warranty process but the customer does have to pay the initial charge until the tire company decides the warranty refund amount.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I will not pay due to the simple fact I spoke to the manager. The manager told me I did not have to pay any money but when I came to get my tire, it was a different story from a different person, so therefore no Im rejecting this response.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to a manager and the manager did not indicate to me that I would have to pay when I showed up it was a different story therefore no I am not paying for something thats under warranty. This is a rip off company and Im tired of.
