We bought a refrigerator on july 19, 2022 for $595.00, used. Within the first 2 weeks everything was working fine, no issues and then we start noticing that the temperature starting to go up around august 9th and then we gave the store a call to see what they can do. They advised us to just unplug the fridge and then plug it back and if the same issue occurred, to give them a call back so we can schedule a service appointment. I called back on friday the 12 which they told us to unplug it for 3 days and on monday august 15th they would come out before 4:00pm to change out the sensor since that could possibly be the issue. But 3:30pm comes by with no communication from the store and i had to call and they told me the technician was out for the day but failed to inform for i was waiting for someone to come by. Wasted my time and money on groceries that i had to toss out because they were rotting in the fridge. So they tell me that tuesday the 16th the technician would come so he did and he changed the sensor and we finally thought the issue was fixed. 12 hours later, the fridge started to become warm again as the temperature was rising. I called back the next day and they told me to give it another 12 hours. So i did and on friday Aug 19 i called back since there was no progress and she said they will send out a technician again and i had to wait 3 days since it was the weekend, for them to come out. Monday Aug 22 comes and no contact from their end so we texted the number and they called us stating the tech would be by before 5:30pm, but again, no one shows up nor did we get a call.
