I ordered around $75 worth of product from this company. I needed the products soon so I ensured I was getting the Free 2 day shipping by spending over the certain amount. However, 3 out of 4 of my items were reported to be cancelled by the seller without reason. I have not received any refund or notice on this action. I have emailed the company twice & hopefully messaged them on instagram and have yet to receive any response. I need these items asap, so it is a bit frustrating. The products seem amazing, but the service seems absent.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/19) */ This is a confusing and unfair complaint to receive as the only cancellation was for the first shipping label because we made a mistake while creating it. A new label was created and items were all shipped together and received by customer on 1/14/22. *************************************************************************************************************** We also spoke to the customer back and forth on 1/13/22 and explained the label being reprinted. She thanked us for explaining. We are unsure of why we received a complaint after this. Great service through email!
