      This business is advertising unique products for kids that they claim are made in ********* by their company but they are buying cheaper similar products off Amazon and having that shipped directly to the buyer.On Dec. 2, 2023 I placed an order for a product called "Little Builders Industry ************" that has pictures stating it's a made in the *** for $78. The company page said that the product usually ships in 2-3 days and I would receive a tracking number once it shipped. Today 12/11/23 I reached out to the company as I had yet to receive the product nor any shipping information. I received a response via email from a person in the company claiming that my order was already delivered and had been "wrapped with an Amazon box". I am an Amazon customer so I went through my amazon boxes ordered for Christmas and found what she was talking about. The product was not what I had ordered and when I searched it on Amazon I found the product for $35. So essentially this company is advertising products off Amazon and charging double for them and then ordering directly from Amazon to have it shipped to the customer. In the Amazon box there had even been a gift receipt from AMAZON and not from the actual company I bought from. When I confronted the representative with all this information, she denied that they sell/offer products on Amazon but that they use their storage and fulfillment services. Yet I can find the very product they sent me on Amazon with the Amazon gift receipt I received that includes a barcode to scan.

      I have attached details. This company used Amazon to fulfill my order. Amazon sent me the wrong product. I had to inquire about the right product, and this company continues to refute my claim stating that they shipped the item and it was correct. I want the refund for the difference from the Amazon product that was sent and the price I paid to Smart Kids Planet. Unfortunately, the customer satisfaction manager is not helping nor have my phone calls been answered. They don't want to admit the mistake and refund the difference in the items since the item I received was much less expensive and not what I ordered. It is a ripoff to treat customers as though I am lying about this matter when it was a mistake on their fulfillment houses' end. Why don't they check there before alienating and frustrating me to no end? The birthday recipient this gift was for ended up getting the cheaper item, much to my disappointment seeing their face as though it was the cheap item it was. And then here's this company acting like they did nothing wrong. It is poor business practice which is why I am filing this complaint.

      9/3/2022 was date of purchase Paid ******* for 2 toys that were intended as gifts. The recipient never received package and searched nearby houses. I, the purchaser, emailed the business Smart Kids Planet to report package had never been received. Customer service rep told me to go look around for it and see if there is security footage around the delivery address. I explained that I've already searched, there's no security camera, and it's been over 10 days since they shipped-pls issue refund. After multiple back and forth emails, I still don't have even acknowledgement that the business will refund my purchase and now I'm being asked to instead help the business file a complaint with their shipping company, as if any refund is contingent on my expending additional time helping them sort out an internal administrative issue. I have wasted enough time on this and would like my refund immediately.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/10/05) */ After I filed the complaint with ***, the business finally issued me a refund after refusing to do so multiple times. Thank you - clearly the pressure of an external complaint was what made the business finally do the right thing.

      On July 11th I ordered Charlie Chaser Police Racers from the company for a cost of $73.99 (+tax and shipping.) On July16th I received "2 in1 cartoon police and race car set" from Amazon. I looked up the product at Amazon and it sold for 34.99 and had free shipping. I tried to call the "company" and the phone number was a dentist referral number. Then I looked up the address from the website and it is a residential address.
