I bought a car from them after their guarantee of a good working vehicle. I had to take the car to 3 different shops and am told that it has engine problems. I have had to pay $5000 so far to try to fix the car, and i still owe $7000 for the car. it's been in the shop for 4 months. I never received my liscense plates either.Business response

Customer purchased the car on Nov *******, the car was in perfect working condition when she purchased it. It was a 2010 ***** accord with 114k miles on it. Clean car with no issues. Customer never called us or let us know about any of the issues she is claiming. Last conversation with customer is on Nov 22nd which she wanted to come and pick up a document from us. The next contact from customer is on June 6th in which she is following up on her license plate which to my knowledge has been resolved. We have had zero complaints about any issues from customer to date until this claim which is 8 months after she purchased her vehicle.
Vehicle was purchased 8 months prior to this claim and no claim was brought to our attention regarding this vehicle or any issues.
All conversations are logged with us and We can provide evidence if needed.

I am rejecting this response because:Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle the car was making popping sounds. Then the car started shaking and I had to take it to 3 different shops since purchasing the vehicle. I took the car in to a shop in the beginning of December 2022, then again in January and again in March where the car is STILL getting worked on because I am told by the shop it has engine issues. Obviously the car was NOT in great working condition when sold to me.
Preowned Only promised:
"Every car goes through a rigorous 152-point inspection and reconditioning process to ensure quality.
Our vehicles are sourced from the same inventory as all CPO vehicles, meaning you get the same quality at a lower price"I believe i was lied to and I was sold a messed up car from the start and I believe there are registration issues as well because I STILL haven't received my plates. I called ***** and left a voice mail and I still have not received a call back.
I would like a refund. I can provide all paperwork from the repair shops as to the details of what is wrong with it.

As mentioned had you brought this matter to our attention in a timely manner we would have backed up our quality and tried to resolve this issue. We have it done anything wrong and the law is on our side. ******** law says all cars are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are final and that there are no return policy. As a customer service we always look out for our customers a few weeks after the sale in case things happen, after all we are dealing with cars and things could go wrong. 8 months after the sale we will not be hold responsible for any issues you have caused with your car. On the registration end I will look into your registration to make sure that is complete and why you have not received your reg yet.
