I've volunteered to get help they take All your belongings which half of my property got stolen or is missing and I overdose in there facility and instead of contacting emergency contacts they tried to cover up their involvement but went back promising medical help but denied me medication.obviously these complaints don't work but people must know they're abusive and now have serious medical problems because of them and instead of helping they just took my medical money with no help straight false advertising, negligence, worst evil people and they're a Corp that is above the law it seems with no accountability. They seriously need a lawsuit because they cover up death and corruption.

When I first went in as a patient they took my shoes and never gave them back, shoes cost me ******** Towards the end of my program they also have a continuance program where they house you for 6 months and you continue your rehab program, program is called ***. Well because I had complained about my shoes they stole from me they told me I couldn't go to *** because I had a temper problem. I have no such thing, you can ask all 170 patients, I'm one of the friendliest person they've ever met. When they told me to just suck it up about my shoes I had to do just that. Also the building has asbestos everywhere and not just me but a bunch of other patients were all complaining about breathing problems.

I was just discharged from my treatment program. Due to a faulty **** test ***************. I have 53 days clean today. I stated it must of been the wine glass I had yesterday, (jokingly) but I want to be retested because I didn't use any thing. The test came back clean, but because I made that statement I was going to be held as a dirty. Per **** by counselor and ***** the supervisor. I was either to take the dirty and stay and be reported to court or pack my things. I can't afford a dirty and go to jail when I was not dirty.

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/07/20) */ We investigated the consumer's complaint and have found it to be without merit. This consumer did test positive for the substances noted and did disclose that she **********. She was supposed to have returned immediately following a doctor's appointment but instead returned 2.5 hours after leaving the doctor's office. It is standard policy to test patients in treatment when they return from outside appointments. This consumer was fearful that she would go to jail for violating the conditions of her probation. We were informed that prior to her admission with us, she filed three grievances against another treatment facility for a similar instance where she tested positive and chose to leave to avoid violating her probation and being sent to jail.

I voluntarily admitted myself for their detox program. When checking in they take and store all personal affects. Purse, phone, Id, extra items. When it was time to go home, they would not release my property. I've been back 3 times trying to get my stuff and have been given multiple excuses. I've called and left messages. Still nothing. I have filed a complaint with ****.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/14) */ Thank you for your correspondence on this matter dated January 5, 2022, in regard to the case noted above. We appreciate the opportunity to provide a response. We did not receive an initial correspondence from you previously that we are aware of. We are sorry we didn't respond any sooner. However, I will now respond to the issue at hand. She was discharged from our facility for violating program rules and causing a disturbance on December 4, 2021. In our investigation on this matter, staff report she was walked off our unit due to aggressive behavior and left without her property. On December 8, 2021, she returned and per account, staff did give her back her property items that included her cell phone, purse, wallet, suitcase, and extra items. We are unaware of her lost ID. We would not take that from her. We hope this information is helpful in the resolution of this matter.
