      Never ever try to work at this place, I came asking whether they were hiring, they said yes, then the owner **** called me, He started taking me to customer's homes helping him with his *********************** (I'm a professional appliance installer, not fixer, and I was very clear about it, He said it was OK) then He said He was going to have me on training, after the first week He just gave me the name of a book to read to learn troubleshooting and repairs on major appliances, He said take a few days off to read it then come back to WORK, weekend came and I asked for a paycheck for the days I worked and He said (just then) that He didn't pay for training and that He didn't owe me anything. That's some shady shitt.

      I recently purchased a Hauz Illum *********************** Kettle 1.7L kettle from the www.kitchenstuffplus.com online store, and I can honestly say it's one of the worst purchases I've ever made. When I plugged it in, I was greeted with an overpowering, nauseating plastic smell. I had high hopes for a quick and efficient way to boil water, but this kettle has disappointed me.The plastic odour emitted when heating the water is unpleasant and incredibly concerning. It's not something you want near the beverages you're about to consume. It makes me question the quality and safety of the materials used in this product. I couldn't even make a simple cup of tea without worrying about the potential health risks of inhaling these fumes.To make matters worse, there was no option for a return or refund. I contacted customer service to express my concerns, but they were unhelpful and unsympathetic since the product was opened and used. This company doesn't care about the satisfaction or well-being of its customers.I strongly advise against purchasing this electric kettle. Save your money and invest in a product that won't fill your kitchen with noxious fumes and guarantees quality and safety. My experience has been a complete disappointment, and I regret ever making this purchase.

      Do not hire this company. Its a Risk. They installed a refrigerator gasket in October 2022, and they gave me 90 days warranty on their labor. Well it is now June 2023, only 8 months later and the gasket is falling off and its ripping. I understand they only gave me 9 days on labor and 1 year on the warranty repair. So I called them and explain my situation and I asked the customer service person if I can talk to a supervisor,she said her name was ****** and she was going to have her called me back in 20 minutes and she never did. Then they made an appointment for me and I told them that it was a job that was not well done and that I would not be paying for labor because if they would f done a good job the gasket would not be damaged 8 months later. So ****** never call me back that day. The following day they text me saying they would send the repair man the following day and the gave me a time frame. So I called them back and talk to the same lady and I said I never made that appointment that I was still waiting for the supervisor to call me back, so I sent them pictures Od the damage.the next day the same lady called me and wanted to confirm my appointment for that day from 11:30 to 2:30 pm she said she already had spoken to ****** the so called supervisor and she said that I was not responsible to pay for them to fix it. A couple of hour later the repair mens came by and they found a dumb excuse to blame it on me. They told me that there was something sticky that came in touch with the gasket and thats why the gasket was coming apart. I already pay them $323 now they want another $100 for the same repair man to come fix it. After talking to ****** she was rude and mean. I asked her for someone higher than her and she said It was the owner and his name was ******, refusing to give me his last name and email address or his schedule. She said I can only talk to him when his there and she had no idea when. Please avoid this company.

      thank you **** for your review, however after trying to explain for more then 30min on the phone that we would have fixed the gasket with no additional charges if there was a problem with the gasket itself, what we found out was to be a damaged gasket, something sticky (you even mentioned you keep the juice at the bottom) got stuck to the gasket and if no one oppenned the refrigerator for some time, the gasket got attached to the body of the unit and it ripped it. Usually if there is any problems with our work, it will be within 1 month of the repair, not 8 months later; hence the warranty rules we have, technically by the damage of the gasket, you should not even have warranty on the gasket itself since the damage is not normal wear and tear. I offered to help you and to order a new gasket (in warranty), but you will have to pay for labor since our 90 days labor warranty is over, and we offered you a cheap rate since you are a return customer.That's the best we can do in this situation, I hope you understand. Thank you
