I have been with Toyota Financial Services for 7 years. I've never been late or missed a payment. My payments are automatically deducted from my checking account. I called TFS to have the payments stopped. The representative failed stop the payment, which caused other issues. I reached out to the ********** of Resolutions and spoke to ******. He said he had to listen to the call to verify what was said and that he would reach out to be by the end of the day. He did not...Moving on, I called ****** the next day to see what could be done about reversing the payment. After several minutes on hold, ****** verified what was said by the representative, but excused her misinformation and incompetence on technical information. Oh yes, he refused to give the representative's name and or identification number. To end, your loyalty is not appreciated therefore I will be turning my truck in and I will never deal with this incompetent company again. Yes, and apparently his supervisor was not available.Poor customer service Incompetence Not transparent or loyal.They can have their truck...I will NEVER consider their services.Review from Cat I

Worst experience of my life to get a lien holder release to move my car on military orders. Constantly changing requirements, refusing to accept valid documentation, losing critical documents, closing tickets without resolution, frequently condescending and demeaning customer service representatives, not forwarding my request to the proper office for over six weeks, all almost caused my vehicle to not be accepted for processing. They also demanded information from my spouse, who is in no way affiliated with the ownership of my vehicle, as though he was the requester, attempted to process a completely different request type than requested, and gave utterly conflicting information with each hour-plus long phone call. I will never finance with them again and plan to refinance the second my documentation is in place. Save yourself the migraine and finance with literally anybody else.Review from UPSET CUSTOMER C

IF I COULD GO WITH OUT GIVING A STAR RATING I WOULD. TOYOTA FINANCIAL IS A JOKE. I have been making payments on time up until a nasty divorce. My payment were behind because my ex-husband would call and say he didn't authorize payment to be deducted out of a bank account which was solely in my name. He had the payment sent to the old bank account which was used before our legal separation and closed. Since the account was closed the monies was never transferred back and is floating out there somewhere. He did not have the authority to talk to Toyota regarding the account because he was not a listed borrower. Toyota has said for 3 months there was an active repossession order for the vehicle. I have pleaded with them to come get the vehicle and they said they cant schedule a repossession when its convenient me. I gave them until 9:00 am on Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle at my former home which they did not do. I took the vehicle to the dealership when i purchased it from and surrendered it. Toyota has now stated I abandoned the vehicle. These people are a piece of work. I had attempted to make arrangements with Toyota but they refused and I asked for tow company information, which Toyota refused to give me. the Rep proceeded to ask me why i got behind, and when i was explaining what happened he rudely interrupted and said to me he could not speak about that because it was a civil matter He then continued to state that myself and the co-signer would be responsible to pay the monthly payments on time until the tow company picked up the vehicle, and then we would be liable for all the fees and expenses incurred. I told him I was not paying another dime, and he said well thats not going to stop the collection calls or efforts. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TOYOTA VEHICLE EVER.Review from Lauren R

My husband and I set up our payments online just before the 30-day **** (as we are living paycheck to paycheck right now). The Toyota site sent a thank you for your payment but for whatever reason, none of them were recorded. The customer ********************** representative said there was nothing they can do if their site went down. I made the payments again literally one day past the 30-day **** and we both were ****ed late on our credit...three car payments. A debacle that will have this on our credit for 7 years!! We have no power...these big companies have all the control and don't care at all how they impact us.Review from Rebbeckah T

My husband unalived himself with 5k left on the truck, the truck is his baby and I refuse to give it back, not after all the work and money and time put into it, they wouldn't tell me how much the payments were but expected me to pay it without telling me how much I would be paying, then they tell me if you pay 1,262$ we can offer an extention, well i pay it and call back for the promised extention to be told they lied to me to get my money and they couldn't provide me an extention because my husband is dead, then I call again to get a pay off quote after I paid that 1,262$ and they are now saying it is almost 5k to pay it off, weird how theath doesn't add up, and **** the manager of the financial part literally sent the tow truck after my first payment didn't go through and I was currently on the phone with my bank correcting it to make that payment. Won't give me an honest quote, lied on multiple occasions and you'd think do to my current situation they would offer some sort of pay off quote to make it not so hard to lose something that was so important to my husband, which let me add I called them not even two days after his passing and he was never late ever on a payment for 3 years and this is how they treat a widow. I will never ever ever work with these people again once this is done and I will tell everyone how a multi billion dollar company thinks its okay to treat people this way. I am absolutely appalled with the customer service and overall company ********************. They will not give me my Lien Release even though my car was paid off 2 days ago. I paid my car in FULL and they will not give me MY COPY OF MY LIEN RELEASE ON MY CAR THAT I PAID FOR.Review from Jennifer F.

I bought a RAV4 January 2022. The dealership LIED about the warranty. I was able to get a full refund by March. They posted that to my loan. I then get a bill saying my next payment wasnt until December. So I keep making payments but to only principal. Each month the statement continues to say payment due December 2022. I make a payment in December that covers what little I owe for December and all of January. I was careful on how to post so that any extra goes to principal. Get my next statement and I still owe the same amount, nothing changed. They took all of my December payment and put it all to interest. I called and talked to them. They threatened to turn me over to the *** and that this was all my fault. Never got a resolution. I will NEVER get a loan through them again. Blamed me saying I was avoiding paying interest when it was them who didnt have me making a payment for 11 months.Review from Chanhsamay B

Do not do business with Toyota Financial Services Company!My dealership mailed a check on July 14 to pay off my loan Toyota lost the check, they tried to apply another person's payoff to my account.My dealership put a stop payment on the check and overnighted another check on August 8th It is now September 1st and Toyota Financial can not give me a definitive answer as to when my vehicle will be paid off.I call them every day and every day I get a different answer. Stay far away from Toyota Financial Services Company.
