Good morning,I purchased a pair of shoes via the Walking Company online:******************************************************************************* in size 7.5 in Black wide width for $145.41 on 9/29/2023 (please see attached document). I received the shoes, walked around my house, and decided they were too narrow. I sent them back via ***** on 10/13/2023 using the company's mailing label generated online (please see attached document). The shoes were received by the company on 10/18/2023, accepted by MCRUZ as documented on the ***** document attached. I attempted to reach the company via telephone multiple times without success, no one answered the phone. I emailed the company twice using their online form, but never received a response. I also texted the company, but did not receive a response.I am seeking a refund minus the cost of the return shipment. Please assist.Thanks very much,***************************
