We had a plumbing issue on OCTOBER 2022. There was a slow leak in our upstairs shower so we called our home insurance company and they sent out PREMIUM PLUMBING to our house. The plumber checked out the issue and said it was an easy fix. He made a big hole behind the shower to access the pipes and next thing you know our ceiling downstairs is leaking from the vent. Our bathroom was flooded including part of our bedroom that was carpeted. Our ceiling and wall downstairs had big water stains and everything needed to be dried and repaired. I called **************** to get the repair done and even though we hd a deductible of $5000, we had them come in and do the repair because we had no choice. All PREMIUM PLUMBING did to help was bring in 2 fans to help dry the carpets. The manager that I talked to said that their insurance would take care of everything. Now, its APRIL 2022, 6 months after and the issue still hasnt been resolved. **************** has been in contact with Their insurance company but they have yet to reimburse us for the damages. Its their plumbers fault that our house was damaged so its only right that they pay for the repairs.
