Horrible service, came here after having a membership for 7 months, let the staff know that I am ************** and when I came with my new car they terminated my membership without notice and swallowed my monthly charge despite me not using it at all for the month. Also, quality is not up to par with other car washes and the manager *** was completely disrespectful and not understanding whatsoever. AVOIDInitial Complaint

I have been a customer of this car wash since September 2022 with an annual pass (about $250). This incident happenned on 7/16/23 where my windshield was cracked by the carwash. I reported it immediately and have been getting push back from them since. The manager, ***, that initally spoke to me has not returned my calls. Instead, I am speaking to someone else in the company that I have never met or was I told of his relation to the compnay. I asked for them to fix my windshield as it was intact when I went in. Now, it poses as a safety hazard due to the incident. They state that my windshield had a rockchip after their investigation. However, when I ask for that investigation, they are unwilling to provide it to me.
