Three accounts opened during 2020.#**** on 01/03/20,#**** on 06/24/2020 and #**** on 09/11/2020.Total initial amount of investment was $304,000.00 @8.25% interest rate.Maturity date on all three 36 months after inception.Missed the maturity date on #**** which was rolled over for an additional 36 months. Maturity date on the other two accts #**** and #**** are 06/24/23 and 9/11/23.Because of the current situation like high inflation, medical bills I have to pay, I have been trying to close at least the last two accounts.Have been working on this for the last couple of months and spoke to the controller Ms.*************************** several times and she brought my case to the attention of some people in the organization who could decide to close the accounts. Sofar I have not heard any response to my request from Secured income group, and have to use my credit cards to pay my medical expenses.A rough estimate of all three accounts value including interest as of 6/30/23 is $471,766.89.
