WE had the best experience, when we found the home, we could not live without, ******** was available on Sunday to get us preapproved, He was always available VERY knowledgeable and patient with things we did not understand, took time to explain. We were approved / he also is very knowledgeable on all the different type loans, were did not realize we would sale so quickly, so he also set us up for home equity heloc and with 3wks we we had our home equity for closing and within 3wks of finding our dream house we were closed and moved in.Review from Gary F

There were many complex variables , such as debt to Income ratio as to what type of loan and a mobile home on the property, complicated things with the house and ****** Fair was able to sift through all that and get it done correctly.
