I just finished paying off my car loan of five year through Quality Acceptance. My experience was awesome! All because of a wonderful *************************** ***************************. During COVIDs and after, I became past due or late alot and he would call and he was so Professional and yet he exercised the importance of me bringing my payment current. He also made me aware of being able to put my payment in forebearance or in the back of my loan. He made me feel like he was working with me, not against me. They never tried to come and pick up my vehicle. They truly want to see you keep your vehicle. **************** is a Phenomenal Collector and person. I am not sure if he is a manager or team lead, if not he should be. Even when I wasn't late or past due, I still called my payment in to him lol. Because he was just that pleasant and professional to workj with. Although I had the opportunity to talk to other people in his company, his service exceeded them all... He is a people personal and respects and handle his customer's with a professional, respectable and friendly attitude. He isn't their just to collect a pay check or commissioned (if they get commision) driven, **************** is a people first person. That is why people do all they can to get their payments paid and current. He didn't try to add to the stress I was already dealing with. Thank you ***** for representing Quality Acceptance in such an awesome manner. I normally purchase all my vehicles outright, however, if I ever have to purchase another vehicle i will try to go with your company if you are still there.Review from Brandon R

The vehicle I purchased has had many problems including needing a new transmission within the first 30 days of purchase. But the worst part was not the purchase but the horrible customer service this company provides. If you need anything from them, copies, information, ect. good luck! I have had to make several calls for one request and still with no resolution. They are rude and pass the phone around saying someone will call you back. Then they never do. I would give them a negative 4 stars but that is not an option. I should be paid to deal with this companies incompetence.Bottom line DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Finance somewhere else or walk because you would be better off.Review from Deryck M

I have had car issues since purchasing the vehicle. 2 Transfer Cases, 1 Transmission, Paid $2400 for the last repair *****. The car had not been running for the past 4 months prior and still made payments. The company has declined waiving or writing off the remaining balance. The amount owed now is $`1900. After my payment on ***** of 900. They will not waive the remaining $1000. Horrible. Will be taking to small claims court for the major repairs as well as the car dealership, ******* Auto Unreal. Company finance my car for almost 3 yrs and repo my car for no reason. I called many and months in time to fix my situation regarding the account that was told to me that I was delinquent . I have given them proof regarding transaction from my bank. Any how they have. Repo my car illegally, and trying to hire a attorney regarding the account. 7 months has pass and I went on credit bureau to see what they have reported to them. And 7 months later they are still lying to creditors this this day. Im seeking justice with wrongful repo and false reports to consumer creditors.Review from Armando S

They are a bunch of scammers!! My original loan amount was for 9k and I have been paying my car off for over 1 year. I made over 5k in payments. My remaining balance should be around 4k. But no my remaining balance is for 7k. I am going to get an attorney to take these people down. They are running a car loan scam. I cant believe people like this exist!!! We provide the following generic information about dealer assisted vehicle retail installment sales contracts in response.When a buyer purchases a vehicle through financing, they sign a retail installment sales contract with the seller who then sells the contract to the lender. This contract outlines the terms of the installment agreement including the ***** AMOUNT FINANCED, the interest rate, the repayment period, the ***** OF PAYMENTS and the number of installment payments.The ***** AMOUNT FINANCED is the amount borrowed and the Total of Payments is the projected payoff if all payments are made as agreed.In a simple interest contract, the interest is calculated based on the outstanding principal balance each day. As the buyer makes payments, a portion goes towards the interest accrued, and the remaining amount reduces the principal balance. If the buyer pays early, the accrued interest decreases. If the buyer pays late, the accrued interest increases.The ***** OF PAYMENTS refers to the total amount the buyer would need to pay to satisfy the account if they make all their payments on schedule. This amount is calculated at the time of signing the contract, is shown on the face of the contract, and considers the regular installment payments over the account term.The actual payoff amount is the total amount the buyer needs to pay to satisfy the account at any given point in time. This amount is determined by adding the outstanding principal balance and any accrued interest and fees. My grandfather was paying for a vehicle that needed repair so he took it in to a repair shop the dealership suggested, repair shop asked for $1000 upfront, grandfather paid it. Weeks pass frustrated because he is without transportation and income due to the car being used for ride-share (his job) he calls around to get information but he is unlucky. Randomly he receives a call from repair shop saying car is fixed and the balance he owes is (MORE THAN THE ***** OF THE VEHICLE) he doesnt have that type of $ so he calls family, tries to get a loan, borrow. And a family member decides to help him, they tried calling repair shop to breakdown the cost and work done and NO LUCK* weeks pass and the dealership calls him saying they now have the car in there possession* why? No one could give him an answer. Whole time the car wasnt in his possession he was still paying $300 monthly to Quality Acceptance because they kept harassing him to pay. Fast forward he finds out the vehicle hes paying for that the dealership has was SOLD! No communication, no Answers NOTHING. While Quality Acceptance knows that the dealership has the car and he no longer has it. But requires him pay $300 month for the vehicle its march 23 (4yrs w/out car) vehicle paid off that he didnt have. I would like this business to do what is right and reimburse him for 4yrs (48months x $300 = $28,800) for a vehicle that was not in his possession AT ALL* was sold by the dealership on top if having to pay Quality Acceptance additional $300 because they helped him get another vehicle that they repossessed because guess what they decided to take the payment for a car he doesnt have instead of the car he actually has. We received a letter stating that if he wants the car back he needs to $800. Quality Acceptance you owe my grandfather a brand new vehicle for all the $ you took from him he paid off a car he didnt have in his possession and you took advantage of him. My catalytic converter been stolen from my car. My insurance payout to get my car fix so I've been without a car while I waited on the check which included quality acceptance. Quality Acceptance is suppose to release my whole check but instead, they only gave the mechanic partial of the check payment so I cannot even pick up my car at the shop. They refuse to pay the rest. They basically took the Insurance money and kept it for themselves. Now they're giving ** a hard time and my car is stuck at the shop because Quality acceptance will not payout with MY Insurance check money. Be careful if you are to deal with them. They're a scamming company and will not work with their customers. I can't believe I am paying them for a car I am unable to use because they decide to keep the insurance money.Quality Acceptance, LLC Response

*********************** from Quality Acceptance has been the biggest help ever!! My **************** I was crying all day couldn't get through, nor understood by anyone and he helped me!! Like nothing!! I say give him a raise!! His professionalism and empathy for my situation just shows me star and leader qualities!! ***** is the best customer service rep in the company! He has helped me arrange my payments the entire duration of my loan. Without ************ would have not of been able to keep the vehicle. Eddie ****** is The ONLY One In Quailty Acceptance Who Gets The 5 Stars For His Customer Service! From Day 1 He's Been Working With Me Through Good & Bad Situations To Help Me No Matter The Circumstances! I Don't Think No One In The Company Is Understanding and Does A Better Job Than Eddie! That's Just Why I Would Not Speak To No One Else Other Than Eddie He Really Is A People Person He Put Himself In Your Shoes he's Caring and considerate! Over these years of dealing with this over paying he's been there no matter what he helped me understand even if I don't want to health problems and all I really appreciate you Eddie!
