  In October 2023, I called Latino Tires and asked for 4 used tires for my **** I provided Latino Tires with the size and rating of all tires. They told me that they had them available and that I should come in.One day after installation, one of the front tires popped. They replaced the tire, but I noticed they replaced it with a mismatched brand. They told me they would get the matching tire, call me, and put it on.Four months later, they had still not called. Further, during an inspection, it was revealed that the replacement tire they used had rips throughout the inside, which could be dangerous, especially when driving my toddler.I also found out during that inspection that ALL 4 TIRES were completely incorrect and did not match the required size or rating for the car. Latino Tires put two tires of different sizes on the front of my car, neither of which were correct. And both back tires were also wrong.He told me he would replace them for free, and would have the replacements in on Monday February 26. He did not--he's claimed that the size is difficult to get. He's continued to completely blow me off.Incorrect and shoddy tires are a huge safety risk and this business needs to be examined immediately. From their reviews on Yelp, this is a common occurrence.

  On 7/24/23 I visited Latino Tires to replace one tire that had a nail in it. The owner convinced me into replacing all 4 but tried to strong arm me into also paying for an alignment by saying if I did not get it, the car would not run smoothly. Upon driving away from the shop, my car felt wobbly but they had closed for the day (as I was their last customer) so I couldn't return the same day.No less than 3 miles away from Latino Tire, my back rear wheel that they replaced came off its axle while I was driving and almost resulted in a massive accident. Luckily, I was pulling up to a red light on the Ventura Blvd. so I was only going about ***** mph, but if I had been on the freeway, I could have not only totaled my car but severely hurt myself and/or others. The negligence of the store's workers almost resulted in costing me my life and when I called the owner the next day to let him know, he verbatim on the phone said (with his workers and my brother as witnesses) this was not his problem and he had other things to deal with. He yelled and cussed at me in a manner I have never been spoken to in my life.Because of their negligence and incompetence, my car suffered far greater damage like a broken rotor that I then had to go through my insurance to fix. The amount of problems they caused me and the disgusting way in which the owner spoke to me are unforgivable. I will NEVER go to or refer anyone to Latino Tires again. They are a pathetic and despicable example of how a business operates and as far as I'm concerned, they should not be open for business any longer. If you read their Yelp reviews, a number of people have said the same thing in terms of the problems and damage they've caused on how horrendous their customer service is. They are a disgrace to the BBB and should have their license revoked.
