DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order for some hang tags. After I placed my order, I was sent an email that said I owed more money for my order, which was untrue! My order was paid in full. They would not process my order since I would not pay the additional amount (which was almost double the amount my order was for). I told them to just refund my card. This was literally minutes after my order was placed. They refused to refund my money, did not send my order and told me they would just issue store credit! I am still fighting them weeks later! I had to open a dispute with my CC company!Review from Kristin H

Have now learned to never do business with this company again. I paid for guaranteed delivery for 4/26. When I looked this morning on 4/29 it says tracking unavailable. When you call in they say they have done everything right on their end and shipped on time. They sent an email at 8:55 pm the day before the paid for delivery date. No wonder it did not show up in time. It would not have even been picked up until the next business day. So despite the fact that I will not be able to use these items, they said they would give me a 20% credit to my order. They said it was not their fault and that was the best they could do. I placed an order and wasn't pleased at all once I reviewed the proof. It didn't show me at all what the final product would look like. In fact, the proof came with a warning that the image would be blurry and pixelated. I called customer service, who confirmed the product proof was blurry and pixelated; but she also said, "It should be ok". When I expressed my concern as to whether or not the ** code on the final product would be viable, she told me to just check the ** code at home right then (she couldn't understand that I was speaking about the final product - there was a language barrier). With my patience at an end, I asked for my money back - MY ORDER HAD NOT GONE INTO PRODUCTION YET. She told me no! She said I'd have to talk to another department for that but unlike "regular" customer service, the refund department wasn't open on the weekends. I find a resolution unlikely. Absolute worst company to deal with. I had them create business cards for me and they altered my uploaded document, claiming it didn't fit their parameters, I should have seen that as a red flag because I've printed this same business card with three other printers and never had a problem. I have now spoken with five different people and have yet to be provided a solution. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.Review from Dan J

The WORST company I've ever dealt with. Attempted to get more info before ordering and that was like pulling teeth...slowly. No one knew anything and of three attempts I never got a respnse back. I went ahead and carefully aligned my box print , approved the proof and although the boxes look ok, the screwed up the alignment on the front !!**** weeks later and 10 - 12 phone calls and attempts to get some resolution and NOTHING. These SCAM artists are the worst and I hope nothing but bad things come to them in the near future. AVOID THIS COMPANY.Review from JI K

A den of thieves! They claim to have a 33 points check to make sure you get a great print! LIARS! They have definitely become worst company to work with since the years have passed by. Whatever the management and the actual QC team, they are just but incompetent! They printed 250 business cards that was barely readable! You will think they will take responsibilities for their poor job, rather they covered up each other and stole from me over $100 for useless cards! ***** that works there is an incompetent as much as the production manager! A bunch of bad things! Never would I order something from them again, and I definitely discourage anyone from doing business with the dishonest people.Review from Aktham A

Bad bad bad service, kind of scam ( talking about the whole NextdayFlyers) not about this location specifically. will never comeback here. i was chatting with them and kept asking them that i need a certain print on a certain date or it will be useless and embarrassing to me ... they told me yes we will do it on time or a day before even, and charged me the ***** of the (next day *****) then told me oh if you send us the file today (Wednesday) you will get it on Friday) which is not the next day, still i said ok I'm paying the next day ***** and getting it after almost 3 days!!??? they said oh this is how it works ,, oneday to to be send to the Cut and the next day it will be ready ( so its not the next day, its 2 days after) !!??? still said ok lets do it as long as i get it on Friday, sent the file and they confirmed they got it and confirmed they ar payed on Wednesday early morning. THEN, didnt hear from them ( as i thought they are finishing it) on friday noon they sent me an email ( please we need to upload the file so we can process your print !!!???? and i have a pics for the chat that they confirmed that they got the file and just waiting for the payment ???? they wait till friday noon so it will be the end of the week and then they do it on Monday ( or maybe will come with some new B.S !!??? it was a bad experience as it put me in a real embarrassment with people i work to and in very unfortunate situation ......... not a place to RELY ON .... and still believe they are kind of scam ....... if theres less than 1 satr i would give it to themReview from Travis S

This has been one of the worst printing experiences I have ever encountered. I utilize online printers frequently and have never experienced anything close to what I have with PrintPlace. My order was rushed to meet a deadline for a client. I am now over a week out from when it should have been done, been told "it is packaged and ready to go" only to have the next person say it's still in production. Don't walk, run from this nightmare of a company and shady business practices.Review from Delaney P

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. 2.5 weeks of going back and forth over the proof of a perfect graphic file for printing stickers. Every time I would submit the file it would be changed and sent back to me for approval. Finally I had enough and demanded a refund. SUDDENLY someone actually wanted to help, but after all the time waiting, I was done. After 3 times of demanding a refund and taking screenshots of the conversation to guarantee that the chat window wouldn't suddenly disappear AGAIN.... I was told it would be another 7-10 business days before I'd get my money back. So that's 4 weeks you've had my money without producing any product or actually offering any help. Stay away people.
