If I could give this company a -0 i absolutely would, I have had many many issues with the Store Manager ******* being very unprofessional and yelling when regarding or trying to resolve an issue or misunderstanding. If you use a card for a one time payment be aware that card will be saved on file WITHOUT your consent, even AFTER you are asked if you would like to save it on file and you say NO, they will keep that card information on file and try to charge it without your consent or authorization. This business needs classes on how to be professional and how to speak and resolve issues with customer and future customers. Store Manager will walk around the entire store including the shop with only SOCKS. Talk about another level of UNPROFESSIONAL. I despise this store and will be returning the tires I purchased because RENT A WHEEL is just by far the one of the WORST COMPANY IN *********. Im very sure I will not be the last customer they lose because of the unprofessionalism this company provides.

This company over charges for wheels and tires.One day my wife and I decided to stop in the one that's on ************************** and basically ****** was working all by himself when I went over the wheels we wanted the plan that we wanted and how much we wanted to pay he says I got everything set up for you but I have to order these wheels out of town and it's going to take at least a week so we waited that following Wednesday we were called in and basically we had three people asking us questions on one time and I was like is ****** here today and they said Oh ****** is at the other store on ************** or Beach Boulevard I forget exactly but having them come at us and they're saying oh what wheels are you looking for what tires are you looking for it kind of makes them sound stupid because ****** took our application down and he had all the information and he called me and told me exactly what he had planned and then we get these people that are working that day they don't know nothing and when I call ****** he tries to play stupid you know that is unprofessional because ****** has our information and I would like to have our information deleted as quickly as possible my name is ********************* my wife's name is ******************************* and we want all of our including our IDs everything in fact or you can send it over to my attorney his name is ************************ he's in the book he's off of 75 45 Centurion Parkway you could send all the information over to my attorney

I got behind a few payments and took advantage of a restart payment offer from corporate to bring my account up to date. A few days later the local branch tried to tell me I owed multiple payments and were filling out paperwork work to get me charged for felony theft. In progress, will update soon.

This place is trash. I see all the reviews now and im mad I didnt read them before purchasing.They will lie to you just to sell you rims. I didnt have insurance at the time I leased rims from them so the couldnt approve me but I got approved through a 3rd party company who bought the rims from rent a wheel and leased them to me. The shady part comes in where I was purposely misinformed that the payments would be be the exact same. That statement was exaggerated to me, I am currently paying twice the amount I was meant to. I called the company to ask why they had no explanation and told me I couldnt change the payments. I then called rent a wheel and they told me they had nothing to do with it it anymore and that it was between me and the company they were already paid for the rims. Im disgusted I wanna bludgeon someone I hate feeling finessed but you know you gotta read the fine print. Anyways 0/10 if u need rims go to the mom and pop Mexicans rent a wheel doesnt deserve good business they do not conduct it!

This location has the worst customer service I've ever heard of. Do not take your business here! My fiance was hospitalized for five days and late on her payment just that week, and they showed up at her house three times in one day to take the wheels, upon me calling and speaking to *****, I explained the situation, she had just got home from the hospital, we will be paying all the necessary fees and late penalties, ***** refused to accept that. He assumed that since he told me he wasn't gonna accept that, that money needed to be given to him that day asap, that I would somehow figure out how to make money appear! Mind you she was only late at this time by one single week! The worst experience with this business, we've even taken it to the local news stations to warn people from this establishment.

The company continues to run a payment on one of my cards I no longer make payments with! I went to district manager and made payments directly with him every 2 weeks, he continued to assure me the issues were resolved, and they have not, my card is still be ran, as well as them not wanting to replace a hazardous tire. It's been constant disappointment and unprofessional for a company to continue to steal money with nothing being done! Had to file a complaint
with BBB for the harassment
Definitely would not recommend anyone doing business with the company
