This company is a scam and horrible to deal with. They called our business and harrassed our Service Manager enough to send 2 air hose reels that aren't even on the web site. They said they would send 2 for him to try and wouldn't invoice for 30 days, they sent 4 we received invoice on 1/18. Called and the "receptionist" said a manager would call me back. I asked her to speak with ******************* who was the sales rep and she said nobody was by that name there. ***************** called me back and was adamant they are a legit company. Refused to give me a RMA over the phone and said I had to do it online. I did that and it says "someone will contact you regarding this" I asked for a return address, he wouldn't give it to me. Said they had a voice recording of the order, I asked for it and he wouldn't give it to me. Shouldn't even have a start to rate them. They say they have a **************** Department, Receptionist said nobody was available to speak with me and manager wasn't available to speak with me either. They respond to the reviews here, but won't respond to your requests to return their items.

It should be -5 stars. This company is nothing but a scam. They tell you they are going to send one product to try and then they sent 4 of them. Then *** tried to charge my company for all of them...I have asked them not to call anymore. Finally they sent me a return authorization. After auguring with them for a month.DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY THEY ****

**** and ****** keep on harassing **. This company is shameless when it comes to collecting money and scamming people. It's a shame that there's actually people that works for this company or people who ran a business scamming other businesses.

These guys are a scam. They send you products without your approval, no way to return them and then try to collect money from you. I see a bunch of other air hose cases just like us a few months ago. Now they're sending work lights...We will not be paying for these, they are a scam. The recording cut part of your conversationn with their rep, they play a computer generated question and with your answers.

A salesperson Name ************************* contacted one of our store managers offering to ship some hoses at NO CHARGE. We did not have any need for them. They arrived, but we never opened the package. About a month later, I received a call asking the status of payment. Horrible customer serviced and is a SCAM they try to collect payment for bad quality parts and things you never need. I have the hose and waiting for this company to pick them up. I see in the reviews this is not this first time in scamming people and that this happen to.

these guys send 4 hoses to my shop and i have no recolection of ordering these and then they demand payment of over $400 after 30 days. they dont send no receipt or anything. Just a box of hoses and then you have to figure it out. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Per audio record on file the sales rep spoke with ******************* who authorized the trial offer on the products and was advised of the price and the terms.  The statement was mailed to the customer well before the due date. Customer called to make a payment, asked for a discount, which was authorized and paid with a credit card which was declined. 

AIS must be desperate to send out their product. ******* called multiple times told me it was risk free, if we were not happy with the hoses we would be sent a return slip - no cost to us unless we liked the product, I caved and said ok, mostly to stop his calling! Per ******* - "RISK FREE!! GIVE IT A TRY!!!" Future customers beware!! If you give it a try they will stick it too you!! Received hoses end of May, showed them to my Tech's and their response, these hoses are c*** we won't use them, we use the pigtail hoses. So 6/8/23 10:43am spoke to Jenisa customer service, was transferred to ****** who directed me to fill out return form on their site and the warehouse would send me a return slip. Return slip request form dated 6/8/23 11:55am - I did as instructed, 6/13/23 3:10pm spoke to ****** again I requested a return slip, was told I had to wait for the warehouse. 6/14/23 8:19am spoke to ****** - again told I had to wait for the warehouse to contact me. 6/23/23 7:58am spoke to ***** - out of their hands only warehouse could authorize return and provide mailing address - again wait on the warehouse to contact me. 6/29/23 12:08pm ******* calls to see how we like the hoses - I told him we are trying to return the hoses as we use the pigtail type and explained the issue with obtaining a return slip. He said he could send a different type of hose, I said no thank you as it is impossible to communicate with his company, they had not kept their word and I just wanted a return slip so I could return his product. He rattled off the *** and the address in *** Nuys ** and said send them back on my dime as his company had already wasted enough time and resources on us. WOW!! I will waste my time and my personal money to send back these hoses, as a fell for their scam and I want no further contact from this company.

I received call from from this company wanting to send out air hoses to try and no cost to me for 30 days told them no thanks. 3 months later a box of hoses is deliveried to my business. I called American Industrial told them I did not order hoses and need to return them they tried for 15mins to talk me into trying the hoses. after telling them no they told me they would have someone call me about returning them. I received several calls back trying to talk me into keeping the hoses offered a 50% discount. Aftre several calls form American Industral to gave me web address to go fill out return form. Which I did kept copy. Now one month late I received bill for hoses. I called then again they say it was emailed out weeks ago. I advise them I never received it. I had them email it again. which I received has return auth # but guess what no address to sent it to. Invoice I received has no address and no return shipping label I called them again and they tell me will have some call me back. still waiting for call. I am not going to pay to send these hose back. I see there same reply to all reviews. I never authorized them to send hoses out for free trial I fill out return form within the 30 days they need to pay to ship back hosesBeware of this Company

We are sorry for any inconvenience. Per audio record the customer authorized the trial offer yet he claims he never has. Please go to aistools.com to see the return policy and submit a return. 

They send you product and charge you insane prices and fees. They should be not be able to do this to people. They never send an invoice or paperwork until it is too late to return product.And we did not agree to the product but they sent it any way.

The prices and the terms of the sale were discussed during the sales call and an invoice was mailed timely. Please contact customers service at ************ so we can work out a resolution.

I spoke with a representative of the company American Industrial Source **** on the phone and he described the kind of air hoses they handle at their company and talked about my business trying them out to see if we would like to do business with them. I never approved of actually receiving these hoses and was just listening to the man. Weeks later I received a box with air hoses. When I tried to return them, I could never get a hold of anyone. The paperwork in the box gives no information about pricing or returns. I looked up their website and tried to find a way to return them through the site but there was no information regarding returns. Come February I am getting calls from a man named ****, and every time he calls he is aggressive about my business paying them and tells me I cannot return the hoses. The hoses have not been touched and are still new in the box. Every time **** calls, it's with a different number, so I can never actually get back to him. He says that he has me on a recorded call saying that I approved these hoses therefore I have to pay. We are in ********** and if you are recording a call, you must tell the person you are speaking with that it is a recorded line otherwise it is illegal. I am not going to pay for these air hoses, not only because we don't need them and they are still sitting in the box brand new but because I am not the only business they do this to. It is unprofessional and desperate of American Industrial Source **** to send an unapproved box of their product and then demand payment after a month, threaten to send the payment to collections and refuse a return when we never agreed to this in the first place. In no way will they work with me to send them back and I found over 27 complaints about the same thing happening to other businesses. That is not how you run a business and this needs to stop. I will NOT be paying for these ******************************** Transmissions

Customer agreed to a 30 day trial and terms of the offer and was given all the contact information. The customer says they never used the products and should have contacted to return the products within the allowed time frame.
