I bought Milwaukee copper force logic item through Amazon using affirm for $2,100.00 Was willing to pay for item over time. Received item it was obviously repacked it had scotch tape on Milwaukee card board and item had multiple scratches in 3/4 jaws. Appeared to have been used. I contacted seller about issue they were rude and not helpful. Decided I was not going to pay for a used item. I spent $65.00 sending item back in good faith. The company only refunded me $1,600.00 leaving me with the rest of the interest to pay some restocking fee with affirm at $390.00 not including interest. Disgusting customer service and business ethics. Stay away from this company!Initial Complaint

In early February my husband ordered a tankless hot water heater from Amazon. Our credit card was charged $408.94 on 2/9/24. We received the item on 2/15/94 and had it installed by a licensed electrician on 2/17/24. Even though it was installed properly, the item was defective and did not produce hot water. On 2/18/24 my husband called Amazon and was told the item was sold through a third party distributor called Worldwide Distributors and we should contact the manufacturer of the product. I contacted the manufacturer (Eco Smart) and was referred back to Amazon. The next Amazon rep that I spoke with told me she was filing an a - z claim and we should receive an email regarding the transaction and a new unit by 2/23/24. Neither was received so I began calling again. The next rep could find no record of that correspondence and told us she was emailing Worldwide Distributors explaining the situation. We then received an email from WD asking for an explanation of our problem. I sent them a lengthy email with all the details and NEVER heard back from them. I called Amazon again and was told we needed to return the item to WD and then would be issued a refund. This caused an additional problem because we then had to order yet another unit - which we did through ************ and wait for it to be delivered because uninstalling the defective unit consisted of turning off the water to our home. Without another unit to install we would have been totally without water to our home. After receiving a new unit from ********** and having that installed, we put the defective unit in its original packaging and requested a return label from Amazon. As per Amazon's instructions we sent the unit back to Worldwide Distributors through **** When it was received by WD, we got an email saying we returned an "incorrect" unit so they will not refund our money. Many other calls to Amazon have yielded no results. I am hoping you can help us. *************************Business response

******************************** purchased through their******* store. Ordered on****************** as a ********* Present for *******. I was shipped an older model *************** that was gray. It arrived with a UK power cord in a new **************. This company took an***************** and put it in a new model box knowing I wouldn't open it until a month later at Christmas. They then charged me a $481.99 restocking fee and only refunded me the $33.74 shipping fee because I opened the box. *************** ******************************************! I have begun an A-to-Z Guarantee claim with ******. At first it was denied because this company said I sent back the wrong item. I sent them what was initially sent to me. They now have the item I purchased from them and my money! I have filed an appeal with ****** and an waiting the outcome. ****** was notified of the **** on ********* day right after ****** opened his presents. These guys should be ******** and their businesses ********* so no one else has to deal with this ******
