      On 12/31/21 I had an appointment at sameday health in ************ for a 1 hour express PCR test that cost $250. I had an appointment at 9am. I showed at 8:55 and to my surprise, the line was all the way down the block. I was shocked as online it stated it was appointment only, surely these 75 people in line couldn't have had an appointment at the same time. After waiting for over 30 minutes I finally got inside, only to see that the staff was allowing individuals without appointments to just get a test. Given that the company had already processed my credit card, I proceeded with the test. I gave the receptionist my name, dob and apt confirmation and proceeded the test. After getting my swab the test administrator said the incorrect name and I noticed the name on the test tube on was incorrect. When I asked them to change the name to the correct one, they said no and proceeded to rush me out. I believe this testing site delivers fraudulent and falsified test results which is very detrimental during the covid-19 pandemic. I called the company and expressed my concern and was told it was simply and misunderstanding and there is nothing they could do. Even though I will not rely on my test results whatsoever, it has been over two hours and I have yet to receive my results that I paid $250 for.

      I had gone in for covid rapid tests on 12/24/21 and 12/26/21. I requested a superbill to submit to my insurance. The superbill was missing a diagnostic code. I requested the diagnostic code be added 2 times by message, and both times the request was closed without resolution, and prompted me to call if I needed further assistance. I have called 3 times, have not had any response to the billing department. Each customer service agent has not been able to resolve my request.

      On Dec 17, 2021 I paid for 2 tests from Sameday Health and never received results. Test results were to be retrieved from a sameday Health portal and available the same day. This did not happen. The log in provided by sameday health was blocked and I was not able to access the Sameday Portal. I followed all instructions provided by Sameday including calling their help desk for hours everyday for 3 days, emailing the support email, chatting with the help desk and requesting help. No help and no response was provided. Eleven days later, I received a message apologizing for the delay and stating someone would look into the problem. I requested a refund for a service I never received. I disputed the charges with my credit card. Sameday health states they provided results-this is a lie. I Provided the message showing same day health would begin to look into the matter-11 days late. In Numerous phone calls, sameday health says they refuse to provide a refund even though I did not receive the service paid for.

      My daughter and I went to Sameday Health for a PCR Covid test on 12/18 (Sat). We selected them just because we could get the test results within 72 hours as stated on their website. The nurse who performed the test let us know that the results would be sent to us in less than 48 hours. However, it's been more than 100 hours and we are still not getting anything from them. I called their customer service multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. We needed the results so we can go back to school/work. But they really are wasting our time. A separate note - My friend paid a $75 rush fee and received her results within less than 12 hours. I hope they are not sending results only to those who are willing to pay extra money.

      I paid $95.00 with my credit card in advance to Sameday Health office in Las Vegas on December 31st 2021 for a COVID Antigenic test for my partner , *************** in order for him to be able to travel by air, see receipt attached. We cancelled the appointment, see cancellation confirmation attached, and I never received my refund in spite of numerous emails. Please help me to get my $95.00 refund on the same credit card I used to pay. .

      I paid for a PCR test on 11/21/21 at the Capitol Hill location in Washington DC. I never received the results or a refund. Have gotten no response from the company.

      I booked two COVID-19 rapid tests with SameDay Health in anticipation of travel, but did not realize they were covered by health insurance until a couple of days later. After I paid with my ******** *******, I contacted SameDay to transfer payment to my Health Payment Card ****. The customer service agent first told me she could not do it, and then later admitted that she did not have the authority to do it. She then referred me to ************************* so I could adjust the payment method, a very simple transaction. When I contacted *************************, however, they responded with a generic Explanation of Benefits email and clearly did not even review my request. This is unacceptable, especially during this pandemic when things are chaotic.
