1)November 21, ************ 2)$82.97 3)The business was ********* to providing me two beautiful jackets that had really nice print, that were suppose too look a certain way with thick material that were extra large, also with this package is a 14 *** return policy. 4) The dispute is that the jackets were suppose too be extra ****** they are not. They are so big they hang off of me. They are very thin material. The one looks like it is a bunch of big blurry *********** instead of looking like the ******** on their website. The jackets were suppose too look the same as the ******** one of them kind of looked like the website but is still way off, and the other definitely looks nothing like the picture they show. Also the ******* looked the same on the website they are just different colors. The jackets I received are completely and terribly different from one another. The website ******** two ******* of the exact same. The color and the patterns of the *********** are the only real *********** well that's what the website shows. My product looks nothing similar too the website. Also I have ******* out too them several times before the 14 *** period stated on the return policy and they have failed too acknowledge me. I have tried too return it and their ****** policy states make sure to contact them so that you are sending it too the correct ******** They are not trying too contact me back. I feel I'm being ignored so they can keep my money. I wanted my refund so I feel like that is why I was being ******** 5) They have not tried to resolve the issue at all. They do not answer me back in anyway that they have stated on their refund policy, or on their website. 6) ORDER ****** 7) Also the address says ******** **** ** on my package, but when I look up shipping dept which is where it says it came from on the package it shows ******, ** with the same zip code. Also they ******* ********* ********
