I paid a total of 75. Delivery and install.While *** was installing, he allowed 2 full hoses to drain on my hardwood floors! I told him how you can't do that, lifted the hoses so they would not continue to drain on my floor.I wiped, cleaned and dried up the water but the damage was already done! My floor is ruined! 350. To replace 3 planks! Now my new dryer went from 514. To 864.!The man was rudel that he would not let me tell him what he did! He does not care!He broke off porch railing that I had to fix, and did nothing but complain!My suggestion would be to split the cost of the 75. Delivery/set up fee.The rudest, most dishonest person I have ever done business with.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!Business response

****************************** lives in a mobile home and had no room for the washer to go up her steps so I told her I would have to pull her steps out and remove a fence that I would not put back and she approved this delivery option. I waited while she cleaned up her floor after removing her old washer and then installed the new washer. There was no water left on the floor after she cleaned. A few days later she called me to make a complaint. I was in the middle of a delivery and did not know who it was calling and asked if she would call me back in 20 minutes and she said no, that I needed to listen to her now. I told her I cannot as I am in the middle of a delivery and with appliance in hand and nothing to write her name down on. She said well if I tell you I'm going to sue you for ruining my floors will you listen. I said no please call me back in 20 minutes. She or I hung up, I don't remember. She never called me back. I went back to my office wondering who this could have been and started calling recent customers and then did talk with her. She said she just wanted to make a suggestion and that is when I install a washer if the hoses are leaking I should ask the customer for a bucket. I told her no if the hose is leaking I put it into the drain, no bucket needed and hers were not leaking and she even cleaned her own floor while I waited to install the washer. The conversation did not get better and yes I told her she is a little crazy. Sorry for the comment but we professionally have been installing for 50 years and know our stuff. This compliant is ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time. Plus her lying about her patio steps. How rude. ***************** if your still listening you still have warranty left, until 11/16/24.

I purchased a dryer from Appliance recycler.com on 5/16/22 the dryer does not heat & dry clothes. I called the company the next morning to inform of being sold a broken dryer. The person who sold me the dryer explained that he would get a repair person out to repair the problem. After two technician reschedules I requested a refund of the purchased item. The manager then states the item was received and they do not refund purchases.Business response

As far as I can tell this customer is still in warranty and we fixed the dryer 05/20/2022 (replaced heat element) is it not working now, Ive received no call?
Yes we have a no refund policy after received but will repair if an issue arises.
