SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They intentionally mislead clients into thinking they have 30 days to try out the program. They make it difficult to find information out about their editing process, available styles, etc. I signed up thinking I could do a trial period and only then did I see their lack of editing styles and how difficult it was to get a custom editing style. I decided to cancel and they told me the 30 day trial period meant I could cancel without being roped into their ridiculous annual membership. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They clearly can only get customers by misleading them. I spent $300 and because I cancelled did not receive any products.

We tried their services but after sending our images in for color correction they sent them back to us with unsatisfactory results. When we tried to get in touch with them to review the changes they wrote back an email asking us to present a style review. They did not give us any process in which to send in a style review. No way to compare photos online, no way to talk to anyone in person, ( chat room only ). How in the world are photographers supposed to describe on a chat or in an email a very nuanced process of honing in a color correction style without live phone support and without forms to fill out and processes to follow? When we decided to cancel our services, they said that they would not give our money back, "We can not refund a subscription charge, however, I will be more than happy to waive off early cancellation fee of $199 for you."
