I purchased a service called Cilajet when I purchased my vehicle in October 2016 for $792 plus taxes. Through out 2017 I tried scheduling the appointment with Toyota to get the service done on my vehicle. I would call every month to try to schedule and they would tell me they were going through changes and they would call me back as soon as the service was available and that went through *********************************************************************************** the check. Of course that never happened. In 2019 I became ill and went through multiple surgeries, then in 2020 we had the Covid situation and when I reached out to Toyota they kept telling me someone else was supposed to call me to set up the refund. In June of 2023 I called again and this time they told me I had to contact ***************************** which I did, she asked for receipts and I emailed it to her, she told me she had to do her research. I emailed her the last time in August and she stop replying to me. So Im writing you to request help to obtain my refund of this service please. Let me know if you need any additional information. I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Rav 4 from toyota of walnut creek in November 2023. Since I bought this vehicle the steering system and steering wheel is not working correctly and is very hard to turn. This is a safety issue that toyota is ignoring and refusing to accept as a problem and or fix the issue. The vehicle is unsafe to drive and the steering randomly becomes nearly impossible to steer. This is a brand new vehicle and should not be acting like this. I have been to two other dealers and they also refuse to accept the issue as a problem or fix the issue.
