Our Navien tankless water was acting up on a Sunday night. I didnt know what to do so I called our rooter plumber for a referral. He recommended that I call ******* at Providence Water Heaters. I called *******. I assumed I would get his voicemail. ******* answered right away. He was very professional and easy to speak with on the phone. I texted him a few pics of our heater. He had ****** come out to look at it and assess the situation. I am not familiar with tankless water heaters. ****** was fantastic. He was very patient with me, and he showed me how our system worked. ****** explained the issues to me in clear laymans terms. It turned out that they specialize in Navien water heaters. He answered all my questions and then he worked his magic. He was very thorough and professional. He cleaned it and replaced some valves. When he finished, ****** showed me how to maintain it. I am going to schedule them to come out for annual cleaning and maintenance. If I run into another issue again, I will definitely call Providence.
