I paid for a subscription in the amount of $86.50. I received a confirmation email saying that they were curating my vape box. A couple days later I wasn't able to log into my account. I was to finally get to my dashboard to cancel my subscription but when I click on join the club it says they can't deliver to my zip code. I've also tried to contact them multiple times and have had no response. There was no mention of not being able to ship to me before I paid for the vape box. It wouldn't have went through if that was the case. I just want a refund at this point if they can't ship to meInitial Complaint

on Feb 5th 2022 i placed an order with Vape-Box online. it charged me 34.$ for a monthly box subscription. i have yet to receive my box, and can not contact anyone on their site. They have no phone number listed, and they have yet to respond to my e-mails.I would like my subscription box or my money back.
