If I could give no stars I would for professionalism of the staff there, ****** is her name. She has hung up many times on us and then started texting. Not sure if they are they owners or not but the person in charge of the phones (assuming ******* is very very rude. Also they knew we were leaving and they plowed all the snow right in front of our truck and trailer so we couldn't get out and have to hand shovel. This is after a full day plus storming of work for my husband getting power back on for others or maybe even you in your community. This is how you treat lineman? She said she has no control of where they put the snow yet she is the manager. Tips would be fire that lady, I mean if you work in a customer service job then you should have customer service skills and not be a jerk. Lots of other lineman there have also said the same thing about the lady on the phone is she is very rude. People will ask price questions thats your job, also your job is taking care of the park including snow and telling the plow where to out it. She said he doesnt listen to her well then fire him and get someone that will. Other tips would be not to double dip on rent and prorate monthly rent. I know for apartments it is illegal to double dip on rent and pretty sure you are considered a tenant and under the same laws at an rv park after being there 30 days. You admitted on the phone you were charging us full rent and had people waiting for our spot and charging them full rent. Also get an emergency after hour number, your tenants should be able to get ahold of you outside of 12 to 5 for emergencies like the snow issue. She has now said we are not welcome back. Even though we have always paid day of, never left anything outside to make it junky, followed all rules, etc. She just can't take being in a customer service job.
