      I subscribed to their services but was never able to use what I was paying for due complicated errors preventing me from doing so. I reached out for help but was unsuccessful. I asked to cancel and was directed to cancel myself through my account portal which I was never able to locate. I continued to ask them to cancel from their end which they originally said they would oblige. However, they continue to charge me. My account was associated with a previous employer that I no longer have access to. I reached out again after the most recent charge and expressed the latter to which they replied they're unable to cancel or refund me.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against the company Textedly regarding a matter related to their service. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue.On 9/30/23, I signed up for a free trial with Textedly, a service that provides text messaging solutions. The terms of the trial clearly indicated that it would be free of charge. However, to my surprise, I was billed $39.99 for the service.In an effort to address this issue promptly, I attempted to contact Textedly's customer support. I made several phone calls and left messages, explaining the situation and seeking assistance. On 9/30/23, I was assured by their customer support that someone would reach out to me to address the matter. Unfortunately, to this date, I have not received any contact or response from their company.I find it both frustrating and disappointing that Textedly has not honored their commitment to providing a free trial and has failed to respond to my concerns. Therefore, I am left with no option but to seek your assistance in rectifying this situation.I request your intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a refund of the $39.99 that was wrongfully charged to my account.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information. I look forward to your response and assistance in resolving this issue.Thank you for your time and consideration.

      I'm profoundly dissatisfied with Texedly.com for deducting funds without clearly indicating that text messages were not being dispatched. For over a year, we were under the impression that our messages reached recipients, especially since notifications confirmed their delivery. It wasn't until a City official prompted us that we became aware of this grave oversight. To our surprise, we learned that messages containing registration links were restricted. This vital detail was conspicuously absent from all platforms, including their website and emails. Further disappointment ensued when customer support provided limited assistance, directing us to email our grievances and remaining non-committal about potential refunds. Their responses were replete with platitudes, offering no concrete solutions.

      Hello, I was offered a 14 trial period to Textedly and I went ahead a purchase a subscription to send 500 text messages. I was unaware the text number can only be verified from Monday to Friday so I was left with a plan that I couldnt use. I spoke verbally to customer service and they told me to email help@Textedly explaining what happened. They are now trying not to refund my money as possible.

      This business had all kinds of hidden charges that greatly diminished the value of their service, basically charging two or three times the advertised rate to send a text-- for example, up charging if the text has a graphic included. But this is not explained on the website plan descriptions.Then, this business auto-renewed my account charging my over $500. I have repeatedly told them I do not want to renew. They have no cancel button on their website.They also have no way to take my credit card off of their site.This business has been very unresponsive.

      Textedly has demonstrated that they are good at generating revenue for themselves and displaying an "online presence" that clearly does not represent the truth. On thier website they have ***** Trustpilot reviews that are 4.8 stars. On the BBB website they have an "F" rating and lots of complaints that were never responded to. One complaint states that "... BUYER BEWARE you will NEVER be able to get rid of this service. They have ZERO support and will continue to charge you month over month. You may have to report it as FRAUD and get a new card to stop these people auto charging you. I have requested a refund, good luck with that ..." Couldn't have said it ************** of our experience is as follows:-- used Textedly for a full year paying them $348+ associated text fees etc -- late in 2022 were told we had to "apply" for some type of "text registration from the mobile carriers".-- never was told we were rejected, told that the application was "pending"-- our annual renewal fee of $348 hit again and processed -- we found that NO texts were delivering to our clients and in January 2023 notified Textedley -- went 3-weeks with no resolution -- the problem escalated to **** and ***** February, 6 2023 -- they said (via email) we can't get a refund for the renewal fee and that we can't cancel unless we pay them $31 and that they will continue to charge our credit card $6 every month until our account is cancelled -- February 10, 2023 called the support number ************ ... busy signal ... then a hang up ... after an hour of dialing ****** picked up ... she said she would look up my account ... listened to some country music while on hold ... then the phone went dead ... she hung up -- February 10, 2023 chatted on the chat bot ... got ***** ... she said we had to pay $31 to cancel ... then the chat bot said "couldn't send" iin red letters ... she hung up BBB please make them stop charging us to cancel. We cancelled due to thier not sending our texts.

      I paid $6006.00 on November 1, 2022 for a 12 month plan with Textedly. This is a text marketing service that with my paid plan I am to receive ****** messages/month. When you sign up they do not tell you that each message you send actually counts as 3 messages. This is misleading. In addition, when I send out texts to my customers, sometimes the texts are actually sent and other times they are not. On my account it shows they were delivered when in reality they are not. When I reached out to the company they told me this is because you have to register the number you are sending from. But this does not make sense. Why when I send a text to the same customers does it sometimes get delivered and sometimes not? This seems fraudulent. Why would it work one day and not the next? Previously, I was using eztexting.com and had ZERO issues. All texts sent were delivered. I am unhappy and feel this company is dishonest and taking advantage of customers. I asked the company to cancel my plan and refund me the money for the remaining term of my contract. They have refused. I am not asking for money back on the 2 months that I have used their service. I am simply asking for the contract to be terminated and a refund for the balance due.

      On Nov 1 we signed up for a monthly Elite plan with Textedly. We sent out one text campaign to our subscribers. I was subsequently charged $916.85 11/2 for annual plan plus $82.37 11/3 for a monthly plan and $43.35 11/2 for extra messages. When I contacted them to question the charges I was informed that although our intention was to sign up monthly they would only be able to issue a prorated refund since our messaging went out already. I questioned why we would be charged the next monthly fee less than a day after our sign up. I paid for November already in the prorated rate, the next monthly fee shouldn't be charged until 12/1. On 11/9, I cancelled the program as I no longer has a use for it after an election day candidate loss. I was informed there would be no refund for the messages remaining on my account. I contend those messages should have not even been there because the next monthly charge should not have occurred until 12/1. I am requesting a full refund of the annual plan charges (****** remaining to credit) which is what should have been done from the get go.

      On 7/5/2022, I registered for an account with Textedly under the understanding as is stated on their features marketing page that users can 1. schedule text messages and 2. there is no limit to authorized users for their service. This page can be found here. **********************************. After testing the platform for use we find that 1. scheduled texts are not being sent anywhere near the time that they were set to (rendering them useless for my purposes) and 2. there is now with no warning or indication a $10/month charge for each additional authorized user even though their marketing page still claims no limit. I reached out to the support team at textedly and asked to cancel my account for a refund, but they state they cannot cancel an annual membership. When I raised these concerns to them they made no attempt to claim that the scheduled text function works, instead they denied blame by saying "they have no control of when texts are delivered" even though their site claims otherwise. I signed up for this service with the understanding that I would be able to add authorized users as needed and I would be able to schedule texts. Being that this is not the case I now have no intention to use their service and feel entitled to my money back since in total I sent less than 50 messages on their platform of the ********** allotment I paid for.

      On 11/23/2021 Textedly sold A & A Gaming, LLC an annual subscription that was paid with American Express card in the amount of ********** On January 24, 2022 we received an email from Textedly's compliance department that said "we must inform you that the mobile carries canceled your account. They immediately no longer allow gambling/poker/card games, etc. of any kind. We realize this is not ideal for you, and is short and permanent notice as your Textedly account is terminated. Attached is an export list of your mobile subscriber. This ban is across the industry, and you will not be able to find another provider like our services that will allow such said gambling across a SMS platform. We are here to help! Kindly let us know if you have additional questions." We have emailed them, texted them, called them to try to get a refund and nobody answers. The receptionsist always leaves "urgent messages" for the accounting department to get back to us, but nobody ever does. Before this we used to pay a monthly fee. They convinced us to pay an annual fee in order to save money.
