I called ****** roofing to get a Roof estimate , ****** ****** claiming the owner of the company came to my home to give me a estimate in the ***********, he arrived late to our scheduled estimate that we had to reschedule a couple times, when he arrived he smelled like ********* my wife was very ********* by him being inside the home under the influence sense we have our kids at home, he was very ********** towards selling his service to us as we stated to him that we were going to get multiple ********* still. he ****** to email the estimate over when he arrived to his office, days went by and we called his office to follow up on the estimate and we never got it ******* to *** overall would not recommend this business the estimator ****** ****** arrives late to your scheduled appointment and as well comes *********** to give u a estimate very *************** as well as does not provide the estimate when claiming to send it over by email.Business response

I apologize but there is no address included for me to be able to verify that we went out to give an estimate. I've never received a complaint about him, and yes we do have to enter homes depending on what the issue or desired roof repair is. Also, all of our estimates/invoices are provided to potential client within 24-48 hours via email or in person. There is no way for me to verify if this issue/ complaint is accurate especially since we have our business information online and no calls were made directly to my office about this issue. Either way how can we move forward to rectify complaint?
