I purchased their puppy potty training to help with training my puppy on August 15th, 2022. They have a guarantee that if it doesn't work I can get my money back. Unfortunately my puppy still has accidents and I have tried 3 times to get a hold of them to talk about this and get my money back and there as been no response at all. I feel like their guarantee isn't one and they are just taking the money. Thank you for your time.Business response

I have a pet Border ******* I watched an advertisement on my ****** selling a Border ****** training ******* They stated that there is a money back guarantee no matter what. I paid them $67 for the online version and $101.95 for the printed version. After looking at the program I immediately decided to seek a refund. Upon receiving the printed version I asked for a refund via email. I never received a response. I went on line and entered a ticket asking for a refund. I then called the number on the site and only got an ********* ******** When I looked at my bank statement I see it is described as a *********** ***** card ****************** I do not see any other debits yet.Business response
