I engage with the company and was very impressed the way they presented and. cared for my husband. I was never disappointed. the caregiver are fabulous and on time. They never left me with no help and made sure to give the best care they can. I was truly impressed by the level of care they have given my husband, and my knew definitely knew that he was getting the best care.. I definitely will recommend them as the owners take good care of their employees. The caregivers love working in the company therefore they do a very good job. Everyone was so kind and wonderful very professional people. They treat the clients with dignity. They made things comfortable with my husband and to me as well. My husband and I want to thank every caregiver that our dad had during his stay at ************ hotel. We want to along with our Dad ************************* whom is home with us recovering want to give a special thanks and Recognition to ***. I have worked in the medical field myself for 40 years now. Its hard not to watch every move another person makes while caring for a loved one, but *** was a breath of fresh air he did everything with such professionalism and respectfulness. We never worried about our dad knowing *** was with him. Even our Dad commented that *** he was a great caregiver the others were good but *** was great. My mother and I are so grateful for the outstanding care they gave my father for almost 3 years. We unexpectedly required 24/7 care for my 94 yo father who had dementia and physical impairments. True Care HomeCare was able to provide caring and experienced caregivers throughout that time. There was never a gap in care, and it made it possible for my father to be well cared for at home at a difficult time for the whole family. In addition, True Care was able to provide covid tests when needed for the family. They are very experienced and we were completely satisfied with their professionalism and level of care. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or to use them again should the need arise.True Care HomeCare Response
