              Other than some initial confusion on my part with regard to paperwork I needed to send in to verify employment and pay, once we got past that, it was pretty much smooth sailing. I do think they need to clarify more of what is needed by the client, but their staff was most helpful.

              Worst company ever. I have had to sign up for auto-pay 3 times and I thought I was good to go and just received a late fee even though it's THEIR system that is faulty. I called in to have them help me enroll in the bi-weekly autopay and they took me out of the normal auto-pay and were supposed to enroll me in the bi-weekly. I had to pay an extra payment up front so that I could do this. This was Sept 30th. 7 days later and they hadn't drafted my first bi-weekly payment so I call in and they say I am not enrolled in anything and if I want to enroll I need to pay ANOTHER month in advance to be able to do it. I feel like they do this stuff on purpose to people. Now I am dealing with a $105 late fee because again their people didn't do their job. I am refinancing as soon as I can because this is ridiculous and literally the worst customer service I have experienced.

              We LOVE Pennymac. They are the Best financing company ever. Kathy was specifically wonderful about keeping in touch and calling back when I had questions. All and all, it was a nice and painless experience. We refinanced our loan from a year ago, got a better rate, saved some money monthly and did not have to pay hardly anything at closing. Thank you Pennymac. Hope to be a customer for a very long time to come.
