  Hello,I paid $94 for Live Scan services at Y&G Income Tax and Multi-Services on 09/07/2022. My employer, on 07/06/2023, informed me that Y&G filled out the form incorrectly, putting my SSN in the field reserved for different information on the document. My employer asked me to follow up with Y&G.Y&G informed me that due to the length of time passed, they could not correct the error. When I inquired further about whether that was, in fact, the ***s policy, I was informed that they would not correct their error, but now their reason for their refusal to correct their mistake my attitude.Y&Gs refusal to correct their error due to the length of time passed between the initial processing date and today is not in accordance with *** regulations.Attached are relevant documents.Thank you for your assistance,*********************

  At no time do we refuse to correct it, we always correct it at no cost because it is our mistake, first we asked her why it took so long to notify us that we were wrong, when these things happen, clients always take 4 days no more than two weeks to return to the office. but her husband began to tell me that if we knew our work, that if I was going to make the same mistake for second time. I just told him not to talk to me that way and if he wasn't sure about our job to find a place where he was safe. ********************* was just silent, ********************* never said anything, she was just quiet and she was the one who paid for the service, not the husband. The husband was that he said that if we knew our work, when I told him that if he wasn't sure they should look for another place, he started calling me a *****.  I have cameras with audio in my office to show that ********************* never said anything , she was quiet all the time, the husband was not speaking to me well, I make a mistake and this is not a reason for call me *****, I can send you a USB memory with a short video, I try to attach the video but my computer won't let me do attach. Also her employer was a witness that he was calling me b**** because she was on the phone with her employer to tell them that I didn't want to do it and they listened when he calling me *****, It was when I told the employer, they heard that! that's the reason why I don't want to do it her husband is insulting me.

  We have the videos and the videos cannot lie because there is all the audio or you can also call her employer who was a witness.
