Vista Ford of Woodland Hills represented 2022 **** Bronco Raptor with VIN ***************** as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, which carries with it a 14 Day return policy. The Company of which I am the *** purchased the vehicle under that expectation on 12/26/2023. Later, I discovered that the vehicle cannot fit in the required location for our business, and must be returned per ****'s policy, for a full refund, including tax, title, documentation, and all other related fees - in the automotive business this is often referred to as a "Flat Cancel" of the transaction. I have attempted to speak on the phone, email, and visit the dealership on 1/6/2024 to demand a flat cancel within the timeframe specified by ****, as the attached email communications prove. A Sales Manager, **************, ********** Dealer's License Number *****, further, repeatedly, and fraudulently claimed in-person on 1/6/2024, on a recorded phone call on 1/8/2024, and over email that the dealership is choosing not to participate in ****'s Blue Advantage / Blue Certified / Gold Certified programs, counter to what *************************** specified and what their website claims, per the attached screenshot. It is within the power of the dealer to meet my demands. *************************** is aware of this issue, as well. My preference would be to flat cancel the transaction for VIN ***************** and to attempt to buy a different vehicle that meets our business's requirements from Vista **** and finance it through **** Credit, but only after Vista **** agrees to flat cancel the 12/26/2023 transaction. I understand Vista **** is registered with BBB and request your assistance resolving this matter. I am also aware of other rights and remedies and explicitly do not waive any of them. Thank you.
