7/21 - filed a claim with a home warranty company to fix a dishwasher. They made an appointment with this company.7/22 - initial visit to diagnose the problem with the dishwasher. As the tech was leaving, he asked to use the restroom and proceeded to pee all over the floor.7/29 - 8/23 - multiple calls to the company following up on the progress of the repair.8/26 - Same tech came to replace the diagnosed broken circuit board, which did not resolve the issue. He then proceeded to apply 120 volts directly to the pump, which fried the pump and the newly installed circuit board. He said he would order new parts and install them.9/2 - 10/2 - multiple calls to the company following up on the status of the repair. Was told each time that the repair had been completed and they were unaware that more work was required. Each time they said they would look into it and get back to me, and never did.10/3 - called the company and they said that the parts were being ordered, but I needed to file a new claim with the home warranty company before they would come out and fix the problem they had exacerbated. The new claim would cost us an additional $75 paid directly to the repair company.

We were assigned ************ Services through our home warranty company to come out and diagnose/fix our dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The repair guys showed up almost two hours after their scheduled window, declared the dishwasher dead, announced that the washer was not providing an error code and therefore nothing was wrong, and refused to investigate the washer or dryer, and told me that it "wasn't worth my time" to figure out what was wrong. The guy promised to get back to me after following up with the washer manufacturer and said they would come back if there was anything they could do. I called back a week later to follow up, since they hadn't reached out, and got hung up on. Upon calling back, I was given a guy's cell phone number. He sent my call to voicemail and told me to text. He then ignored my text messages.I reached back out to the home warranty company to follow up, and they scheduled another visit with the ************ Service. They did not show up during the scheduled window. When I let the warranty company know, they informed me that ************ Service said there were no issues with my machines, and the case was closed. I called again, they reopened the case, and scheduled a follow up with the same company. This has now happened three times (appointment, no show, repeat). My washer still isn't cleaning my clothes, and my dryer still makes a terrible noise and won't turn if it has more than four towels in it.For an appliance repair company to say that it is not worth their time to investigate your issue and leave is unacceptable. To hang up on a customer trying to follow up about their broken appliance is unacceptable. To tell a customer to text, not call, and then not reply to their issues is unacceptable. This company is awful, please beware and find someone else!

A warranty claim (#*********) was opened on 2/23/24 re: malfunctioning built-in microwave and oven unit. A technician was assigned and came on property to run diagnostics on 2/26/24. They collected a site visit fee ($75) and said theyd submit a report to home warranty. There was no response for 3mos. Theres no confirmation a report was submitted to home warranty. I contacted home warranty from 5/28-5/29. Home appliances remain dysfunctional.

I submitted a claim to repair the ice maker in my refrigerator on 2023-10-09 with ***. A technician from ******************** arrived and charged an additional $100 because they needed to order a replacement part. They assured us that they would return once the order had arrived. However, on 10/23/2023, we received an email notification stating that the appointment scheduled for Monday, October 23rd, 2023, at 11:00 AM was deemed unnecessary, and no technician would be arriving to perform the repair.I immediately contacted HWA to address the fact that the repair had never been completed, despite the additional charge of $100 on top of the initial $75 service fee. Although they assured us that they would reach out to the technician, they stated that they were unable to refund the $100 that should not have been charged in the first place.

Contacted you as instructed per email after dissatisfied response on you survey. Sent email below and called number given. Still no response.Email: ?I utilized the internet to search for Thermadore dishwasher specialists as I had a, less than 2 year old Thermadore dishwasher that was showing an E-24 error. Your company sent out a ******. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump. $406.30 later I had to contact your company once again to report that the same error message was coming up. ****** came back out. He attempted to cycle the dishwasher through and told me that it was working. Note I never heard or saw water draining into the food disposer. ****** then told me to use the dishwasher and contact him directly, not to go through my appliance. Additionally, he told me that he called in on the error message and was told that the first course of action was to replace pump, if the problem persists then the next step would be to replace the sensors and then the electronic brain. This does not sound like a diagnostic strategy. Rather it sounds like trial and error. When my machine once again came up with the same E-24 error, I went to ******** There the recommendation was to check the discharge hoses for blockage. I disconnected and cleaned out both hoses. What I found was a blockage in the hose connected to the disposal. I cleaned the hose and after reassembly, I ran the dishwasher. The first thing I noticed was that the dishwasher immediately went into a drain cycle and I could see and hear water discharging into the disposal. The dishwasher cycled through washing, draining, washing, draining, rinsing and finally draining one last time. I believe the problem was never a faulty pump. I believe that the problem was the blockage in the drain line. This problem was never diagnosed, nor repaired by your technician. I had to fix the problem on my own. I believe that you owe me a refund of the $406.30 paid for unnecessary repairs that did not solve the problem.

I called this company because I needed our dishwasher to be repaired .A technician came looked at the unit very briefly and determined what is the issue .I asked is that it , no need to move the machine or look a bit deeper to see that this is the only issue.a week later the technician came with the part and then as I suspected a new leak , he told me that within a week he'll get the new part .Never heard from them , tried to call many times , they were rude and tried to give BS explanation .All this is NOT acceptable , this company should not be in business at all.I request the $200 deposit back .Thanks
