      I asked the company to acknowlege my desire to return the product.  At first I got an automated message saying they would be in touch.  They never responded after that.  I have sent at least two emails asking to return their products for a refund.  They did not respond.  They did not send return shipping details and any information related to a refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do need the address to which I should return the products. There are two addresses, the ship from address (in *********) and the address inside the package, a California address.

      There is a charge on my credit card of $218.62. I haven't had interest in anything like this product, do I'd like to know how and why they charged me? I am an older grandmother with many disabilities, why on earth would anyone think I'd order such nonsense? Thank you for reading and I do hope I get refunded, along with never having this company on my bills again.

      I Purchased a container of their whey chocolate protein for *****. When I received the container and opened it, it wasn't even halfway full? It's very deceiving to let someone think that they are receiving that amount of product when they truly are not. When I called the company to ask for a return shipping label, they told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself??? And Once they received the product then I would get a refund. Why should I have to pay to return your product??? Don't you stand behind your product or at least give a 30 day moneyback guarantee?? Not only is this product deceiving, it tasted absolutely horrible when I tried it. And to not handle the shipping cost to have your product returned is 100% unacceptable customer service.!! The shipping cost me $14.55 which I had to pay if I wanted to receive my ***** refund. I would like my $14.55 shipping cost returned as this is bad business! I am a business owner and would never treat a customer the way I was treated on the phone!! I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company!!!!!

      Date of transaction: August 30, 2022 Name of business: THGH Partners LLC Amount of transaction: $49.95 (I believe this was registered as a recurring payment) Item involved: Power Life High Impact Endurance - 1 Jar I was charged $49.95 by THGH Partners LLC and this was paid using PayPal. The transaction I.D. was ***************** . I did not make this purchase nor did I authorize this payment. In fact, according to the receipt they emailed me, this purchase was made while I was asleep during the night. I have never heard of this company or their product. Upon receiving the receipt the next morning, I immediately emailed the company stating that I did not place the order or authorize the payment. I heard nothing from them. I have very bad knees and cannot ever engage in any high impact training. I would never have ordered this product under any circumstances. Today, I received a package containing their product. I am not sure how this happened. I will return it, but I need this payment reversed and if ,as I think, this is a recurring payment, I need to make sure no further payments are authorized to this company from my account. This same company created a recurring payment for my 86 year-old mother-in-law which we had to stop. I promise you, my bed-ridden mother in law had no use for this product. This company must be stopped from creating unauthorized payments from people who have not placed an order from them. Thank you for your help, ***********
