We moved into our new manufactured home 2019. When we moved in, there were many issues with the house. For example, the drip system broke and flooded. There was a scratch of the floor caused during the oven installation. There were dents in the brand new refrigerator. The grout was cracked. There was a bubble near or ceiling fan. And various other issues. Although I reported all of the issues and they were supposed to be covered under the one year warranty, they would not fix them. We reached out to them about our guaranteed one time dry wall repair, and they said they were not going into houses because of the pandemic. They said they would contact us when they started helping people. We waited for a response until 2022. We reached out again and they were resistant to help us. They finally agreed to replace the refrigerator that we had been waiting to receive 3 years prior. During the installation, they scratched our floors. Again, they are refusing to fix the problem and are trying to blame us even though I have photographs proving they were not there beforehand. They also made my husband lift the refrigerator up the stairs because they did not have anyone else to help. At this point, I just wanted our scratch fixed and they are refusing. They damage the houses people buy and then refuse to fix the faults. The quality of the house is terrible. Paint on the wall wipes off with water, the cabinet paint flakes off, and pipe burst in the back bathroom. They forgot to nail down a shingle on the roof so we had water damage. They scam people out of money and provide them with trash.
