The estimate to replace carpet was on December 3, 2023 and the install was on December 13, 2023. Paid in full with check # **** for $4779.66. The job was for removal and install carpet, pad, and labor. Also apply Killz to wood sub floor. Only 1 person showed up to install carpet and it was cut in so many little pieces so that he could carry it in by himself that I have seams everywhere. They are un-******** and where the **** up to other flooring are not tucked and I can pull up. Gets caught in vacuum cleaner and pulling up out of corners. I have reached out to her via text, email, and voicemail at least once a week since December and have been ignored or a very bad excuse. ie. mom in hospital, child has covid, I'm in hospital, I'm in jail, and since February completely ignored. The invoice number is 761.

Blue Collar Remodeling, LLC was referred to me from a friend who uses their services all the time as she is a realtor. I have had no problems with their communication or customer service until abruptly on Oct. 15th, 2023. I cannot seem to get a refund from the work they did not end up completing. My husband and I needed the work done because we were selling our house. I communicated effectively with ******** who runs the phone line for her father's company. She stated on a phone conversation that if we don't end up having the work done, she will refund us. I texted her on October 15th at 8:29 AM that we would need a refund in which she responded at 10:40 AM, "I will process a refund with accounts payable." I reached out with no response on October 31st, Nov. 2nd, Dec. 3, Dec. 11. Finally, I had my friend reach out to her and then ******** texted me: "I will send it to you as soon as I can I gave it to my dad and he kept it I am so sorry I know it's not your problem but I am doing my best to get it back or to save and send it to you sorry again have a great day." I responded and reached out again on Dec. 18th and Dec. 30th. I had my brother call because I was receiving no response and ******** answered Blue Collar Remodeling's current line as usual and gave him this long story about how her dad kicked her out of the front office and she was trying to get the money because he spent it. She said she would have the money refunded by Jan. 18. My brother made it clear we would take further action if we did not see the refund by **** 18th. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been trying to be more than understanding, but I've seen no results from that. I've attached the QuickBooks invoice. I've also attached our bank statement. If you look at the last line of the sheet it says Oct. 10 Zelle Payment to Blue Collar Remodeling. The Quickbook Invoice shows what was already paid prior. Thank you for any help you can give!
