Issue stems from the purchase of a Bomaker Polaris 4K Projector, Bomaker is not honoring 30 day "Free Return" as advertised and customer service is chronically unavailable and seemingly stalling.- I purchased projector on Nov 24, 2021 for $1749.99 USD Order # **** - Received projector on Nov 29. Opened and tested on Nov 30 - Projector had multiple quality and funcitonality issues:- Issue 1 Colors/contrasts were very off and unnatural - Issue 2 Projector not "Smart" as advertised. Apps are not working smoothly and natively usign the old Android interface. Smart designation implies using ********** or ******** or ROku interface. none of these are included but rather an outdated version of Android with illegal apps (like bootleg ******** that operate erratically. Also did not come with Roku as advertised - Issue 3 No real keystone correction (also advertised) to ensure corners match with screen.- Issue 4 Non responsive customer service I emailed nearly immediately on Dec 1 to request return label, email tried to deflect and convince to keep projector, stalling for days between communciation. Chat not available as advertised. Phone unavailable. Email from service has broken english and chinese characters. they take days between messages to respond - Later i learn that the above problems are happening with other pruchasers of this projector.- Email customer service then says that i must pay full shipping due to return for "pesonal reasons"- I protested saying these were function and quality problems.- Cust. svc responds after days saying that they will pay for *half of shipping. They still did not send a label.- I sent reminder 4 days ago for shipping label. still heard nothing (today marks 30 day return window)- I submitted credit card charge dispute with my credit card company today because of 30-day window.- I can't take on risk of shpping expensive equipment to a company that doesn't keep their word or have any reasonable customer service availability
