      I have a soundbar and remote that stopped working for a while until it suddenly started working again. This product is good, but their customer support is non-existent. I sent numerous emails for months and never received a reply. Their website doesn't even list a customer service phone number. Buy at your own risk, unless you're handy or have a product miracle like I did. Another options might be to attempt customer support through Amazon, but my product is out of its extended warranty.

      No maker has the worst customer support Ive ever seen. I purchased a sound bar that did not last the first use Their support team doesnt follow through on problem solving and dont respond to emails or phone calls. Dont buy anything from them.

      I ordered a Bomaker Njord II Soundbar with Soubwoofer 19Dec2021 and received it on 26Dec2021. Found that the subwoofer was noisy/hummed all the time which could be heard 20 feet away. There was also an issue with sound being cut off when using certain functions at low volume. On 27Dec2021 I contacted Bomaker via email about the problem and asked for a replacement as there was a problem with the system.I received a response 28Dec2021.I sent a response 28Dec2021.I sent another response 02Jan2022.I received a response 04Jan2022.I sent a response 05Jan2022.I sent another response 12Jan2022."Any news on this. I would like a replacement as this speaker is not working for us the way it should. We need to keep the subwoofer disconnected as it is always making noise."I received a response 18Jan2022:"...Of course, if the product is defective, we can resend a replacement for free. Do you agree this solution? If you have better suggestions, please let know and we will solve the problem based on your suggestion."I sent a response 18Jan2022:"...Yes replacement is what is required."I received a response 24Jan2022.I sent response 24Jan2022.I received a response 25Jan2022.I sent response 25Jan2022 I sent another response 31Jan2022."6 more days have past and no response. Send me a replacement..."I sent response 05Feb2022.I have not received any more responses. it has been 6 weeks since I contacted support and I still do not have a resolution. I also have not got a response from my credit card company who is looking into this matter.
