Unsatisfactory customer service!!!Checked out early and paid for another hotel due to circumstances.The pool and spa amenities were unavailable due to non-guests occupancy. The pool service man was holding private swimming lessons there for toddlers.When asked the front desk about it they said it was an agreement the owner and pool cleaner had and they would be done within the hour.An entire day of the pool guys clients were in and out. They came and went through the only sitting area provided for the hotel guests.We booked that hotel only for the purpose of being able to relax and use the pool and spa. With all the commotion of the non-guests it was very uncomfortable.I called the hotel to express my distaste about the experience. The man who answered the phone said he was front desk and no manager or owner to speak to. I asked to have them call me. The front desk man asked what the complaint was. As I was explaining to him at his request, he cut me off and hung up on **** called back to ask for manager's/owner's name. They told me not to call back and hung up.I am requesting a refund for 2 days at $120 each. No one would let me talk to a manager. Very poor service.Business response

***** decided to leave early for their own reason they enjoyed two days our amenities including pool .third day guest went to pool and seen some kids in pool and they do not like they wants their private time which is not possible in hotel pool .they complaint to our choice hotels and booking agency but they also reply with not a genuine reason to get refund and guest upset more and keep calling at hotel with rude behavior and asking for one day refund and now with bbb they ask for two days refund .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the business did not advertise that they hold swimming lessons for the public in a private facility. The hotel also advised me that the lessons would be done and they never ended. The front desk was the rude individual when I called and they hung up on me, I only called twice and asked for the manager's and owner's name and number. Yes I asked for 2 days with the Bbb and had previously asked for only one, after evaluating my experience afterwards.*********, ***************************
