This is a billing complaint that the service provider has continued to ignore from repeated attempts to reach them by calling and leaving numerous messages. No one has returned the calls and appears again to just be ignoring the fact that they are not billing the insurance provider.Account# ******** Amount $295.00 The initial date of service was 15 February 2024. We just received the final notice dated 05 June 2024 of the amount due again as 60 days has elapsed. Again we have called and left multiple messages with this company to correct the billable insurance and they have refused to return contact. I did reach out to our insurance company and they stated as soon as the provider sends them the correct bill they will pay it.Since we just received the final notice, its now obvious they have no intention of resolving this outside having third party involvement before this goes to collections. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Their billing office continues to send our bill to a collection agency (when it was paid in full) and they deny they did this, and insist we owe nothing. The collection agency has proof from me that our bill is paid, and they kept faxing the billing office but they dont respond. They dont respond to my calls either.
