      This business is a total scam. I work from home and we have been bothered by the technicians/sales people multiple times. We have a posted no soliciting sign and they ignore it. Today, I was in the middle of an important meeting and this guy rang my doorbell twice and pounded on my door causing my animals to bark and therefore making me leave my meeting. When I told him I was working, he then used the tactic "I'll come back to tell you what I am putting in your yard while working on X neighbors yard" to attempt to scare me into listening to the ******** sales pitch. I am calling the cops next time for trespassing.

      We allowed one service to be performed and had zero results. No ants in traps set and mice thereafter.We called to cancel the service. Ecoshield agreed to cancel but did not inform us tha cancelation was only for the next service.We called customer service a number of times to close our account. The *** in the "Solutions ***** agreed to close the account and cancel future services. She, Reya, did not identify the fact that closing the account would result in a $211.00 early cancelation fee.We have received emails and text messages regarding the cancellation fee - that if not paid, will go to collections.I called the Solutions **** and was offered two alternatives a) reinstate the one-year contract and they'd waive the early cancellation fee, or, b( a $50 discount on the early cancellation fee ************ is deceptive and has no set methodology of handling unsatisfied customers.Stay away from ******************** - they will s**** you badly.

      This company is a joke. I have seen more insects in my house after two treatments, than I have in my five years of living here. When I called to complain, they skipped around their warranty upon realizing I wasnt aware of it. They offered 25% off coupons instead of a free service. They then charged me $150 for cancellation of the account. Overall a very disappointing experience. If I could leave zero stars I would.

      Door-to-door aggressive behavior claiming they provided services to neighbors which is false. Needs to be shut down. I was worried for my children playing outside after he wouldnt leave the property.

      This company is a scam a hard sell and no money back guarantee as they claim. The product doesn't work and then they just keep charging your creditcard. Their pushy hard sell sales people ram the sales down your throat, tell you one thing and charge another. Worst of all when the product doesn't put a dent in the problem they want to charge you again to get out of the contract. Don't trust these people this company is bad news! I've already paid over $300 for no results, I am an older person and feel totally taken for a ride

      Total scam! They lied and provide false and misleading information that your neighbors signed up to get you to agree. They did not do a good job at completing initial service. when they came back to do second service I was not home so therefore did not provide complete services rendered, When I call to cancel said that I had to pay $240 to cover the "welcome discount" I received when I initially signed up even thought their sales rep said that I wouldn't have to pay that as "they were in the neighborhood". This company should be shut down for this type of business practice. It is unethical and immorally wrong to lie and provide pretenses to get you to sign up and also fear ******. I would love for the BBB to do something about this company and punish them for their illicit business practices. How do you leave a zero or negative start review?

      avoid this company! Their product *****, does not work, and they will convince you to sign a year contract for "quarterly" service with a discount. But - if you cancel you still owe them $150 even if you have paid for all services provided. Total SCAM!

      We had a salesman stop by my moms house while we were there planning my dads funeral. My sister told him no, He wasnt going to leave without speaking to my mom. She went out and told him thanks but no thanks. He kept on trying to convince her. My brother went out and asked him to leave. Once we got him off the property, he said enjoy the funeral in a snarky tone of voice. What kind of company lets there employees think this kind of behavior is appropriate?

      Horrible company. I stupidly signed up with them. Their salemen said it would be 3 treatments per year. Turned out it was 6. Per there contract I sent them an overnight letter to cancel. They still send me a confirmation for an upcoming appt. I finilally spoke to someone who said that I had not cancelled and was obligated to the 1 year contract. I told them if they stepped one foot on my property I would call the police for trepassing. That finally worked but I was stuck with a $150.00 bill to get out of the contract. Total scam.

      SCAM SCAM!! Run far away from this company! They door knock, have a great sales pitch, but they lie. They tell you that if they get another neighbor in the neighborhood that youll get a discount, but you have to sign up right then and there. They dont tell you its a contract that you are signing, they make it seem like its a one time fee. BUT they charge you that fee EVERY SINGLE TIME they come ($169). We kept being charged once a month. They even said they came and sprayed our house during a snow storm? Absolute lies. The sales guy even asked to look in our garage and said he saw rat droppings, well we found out that was a lie as well. These sales guys are driven by money and apparently ******** game sets. One of the technicians asked my husband to write him a good review to be entered in a drawing for a ******** DS. Please please please take your money elsewhere. They wouldnt even cancel our contract after we moved out of state and threatened to send it to collections if we didnt pay. Garbage customer service.
