I brought in a damaged dining room chair (with arms) to ***********************, owner of JT Restoration, after he said that he handle the repair. He does not respond to either calls or emails. The place of business is empty, and no one responds to knock on the door. I believe that he has returned to *****, abandoning his business. At this point, alli want is to get my chair back, and find another repair faility.Business response

Regarding your complaint to the BBB.
I replied to your last email and said that I did not have a return date from ****** as yet which is still out of my control sorry. I also gave you ******** number ********** who will be able to get into the workshop for you to get your chair back if you can work with her on a mutual day and time. I have in no way abandoned my business, or my customers, as things are still out of my control unfortunately.
They only contact I can recommend to do a good job of the repair for you is ****** on **************.
