- Got a water softener and filtration system installed in my house around November of 2023 from Universal Water Systems(***). I was very excited to feel safe about drinking my water, again. - In February of 2024, the softener system stopped working properly, so *** came out and replaced the softener system. At the same time, the filter systems tank for the reverse osmosis part of the system was located under the sink. I had asked if it was alright if they could put the tank somewhere else. *** decide to put it on the left hand side of the dishwasher which is in another cabinet. This meant routing the tank hose behind the dishwasher. - As the were routing the hose they had to pull the dishwasher out. In the process the *** technician completely caved the front end of my dishwasher and broke the Luxury Vinyl Flooring in front of the dishwasher. They didnt even push the dishwasher back or s**** back and didnt say anything until my spouse called them out. - I asked them to fix just the front panel of the dishwasher. *** ordered the wrong front piece on two different occasions. Then after 3 months of not hearing anything. I called them universal waters system back. They said they would order a replacement dishwasher of the same make, and model. They ended ordering the wrong one dishwasher. - Now the *** general manager is saying that they exhausted all options and are not willing to replace the front of my dishwasher or even the flooring. In an email, the manager ******* said a hundred dollar gift card would suffice.- Throughout the whole ordeal I was very patient even when *** ordered they wrong parts on 3 different occasions. The manager then turns around and says that is my fault because I turned them away. Even though, they literally didnt order the correct items. All I want is for the dishwasher and floor to be exactly the way it was before they can in and ruined it and my flooring.Business response
